25.01.2022 Dear all customers, Edison Bakehouse have decided to closed temporarily from the Tuesday 24th March 3pm until further notice. We have considered customers suggestion to trade with closed door (call/text/online order and pick up). But it is best to temporarily closed to reduce the risk of transmissions, as our highest priorities are the health and safety of the community and staffs. We will keep everyone updated.... Sorry for any inconvenience and thanks for your understanding.

Sopha for quick reaction and respond for informing us and the police, we are very grateful to have you in the community. 2.Simon Schroder, you are my hero, you manage to quick clean up the mess and patched the shop to stable and secure order.... We deeply appreciate your actions today and thankful for all the things you have done. We have have something for you both soon.

24.01.2022 Merry Monbulk has finally come! Everyone come in and visit us, we are open till 9pm tonight! We have a special price of only $2 for our medium slushy from 5pm till 9pm tonight!! Be sure to bring the kids with face painting and an animal petting zoo in town!

22.01.2022 Hello to all our wonderful customers, Edison Bakehouse will be closing early on Saturday the 20th of April, and will not be open on Easter Sunday (thats Sunday the 21st of April). We will be opening again at our usual hours on Monday the 22nd. 11.01.2022 Holiday opening hours! Edison Bakehouse is going to be closing for the holidays on Christmas Eve (next Tuesday) at 2pm, but will be open once more on Monday the 13th of January. We ask that any orders for the next two weeks are in by the end of our opening hours on Friday 20th. Thank you all for your ongoing love and support this year. Our steak & pepper pie won this title as a result of the Official Great Aussie Pie competition! Our new pie, the chicken curry banana as well as our plain steak, steak & chilli and steak & Guinness are also gold medalists of their categories!!
