24.01.2022 When tackling a pantry makeover, choosing the right containers and storage baskets makes such a big difference to the final look and functionality of a space. In the pantry edit we did today we used clear containers, wire baskets & lazy Susan turntables to create a functional yet stylish pantry zone.

23.01.2022 Wet winter days and washing dont generally like each other so a good laundry airer is essential. Im excited to say we have discovered one that ticks all the boxes. This new Hills Home Living clothes airer is fantastic. Its super light weight so its easy to move around, it has integrated rail hangers for small laundry items, it is compact to store and its tall enough to hang jeans on without having to fold them over. 23.01.2022 School mornings are much easier when the kids can pack their own school lunchbox snacks. Having a snack drawer like this allows the kids to easily choose a snack to add to their lunchbox. It also gives them a bit of independence and responsibility in the madness that is a school morning.

22.01.2022 One of our favourite tips for organising a pantry is to use only two or three types of containers, bins or baskets. This instantly helps your pantry to look and feel more organised. And if it feels and looks organised its much more likely to stay organised.

22.01.2022 Today we wrapped up a wardrobe edit we have been working on over the last week. Our biggest tip in getting your wardrobe organised is using flocked hangers, they save so much space!!! Clear shoe boxes are another favourite and, as always, group like with like. Hows your wardrobe looking? Does it need some TLC?

21.01.2022 Going to let you in on a little secret... the space that big, bulky laundry baskets take up in cupboards drives us crazy! We were a little excited therefore to have discovered the new collapsible laundry baskets from Hills. Not only do they look great but they are also waterproof, super sturdy and can hold 8kg of washing. Best bit... they are collapsible so when you finish using them they fold down flat for super easy storage! If you hate the space your laundry baskets take up, head to Bunnings and pick up one of these little gems! Your welcome!

17.01.2022 Another pantry edit done & dusted. Clear containers and baskets make such a difference! Seeing what you have left in your containers stops you buying things you dont need! This pantry edit was for my sister and was her early Christmas present!!

17.01.2022 If you have a pantry with deep drawers and you have lots of dry goods we definitely suggest containers with clear lids. The clear lids make it easy to see at a glance what you have without having to lift every container to check the contents! Saves time and looks so good too!!!

If you like to have fresh flowers at home but dont always have the time nor the budget to get an arrangement made up by the florist, then you will love Alstros. You can usually pick them up at the local fruit & veg shop or supermarket, they are super simple to arrange and they last for ages. 11.01.2022 Having a section in the pantry, whether it be a basket or drawer for what we like to call pantry refill helps to avoid over buying of products. When your clear storage container of dry goods is empty, go to the refill section in your cupboards and top up accordingly. When you take an item from refill THEN you add it to your shopping list.

08.01.2022 To much LEGO? Never! Last week we helped bring order back to a little boys bedroom and were pretty impressed to see he had already organised his LEGO by colour and type... bless his heart! We edited and organised the rest of his toys, books and LEGO making it easier for this little engineer to access everything he needs to build his LEGO creations. Added bonus, it is now just as easy to put away too when hes finished creating!

06.01.2022 Lets talk lunchboxes. The kids are heading back to school in a few weeks and my kids seem to need a new lunchbox every year! It frustrates me how much space some lunchboxes take up not only in their schoolbags but also in my cupboards! When I found these insulated + collapsible lunch bags I was excited!! (sad but true). Love that they collapse for easy storage yet still have plenty of room in them for the smorgasbord the kids seem to want to take each day! Have you got any lunchboxes tips to share as we prepare for school to go back?

06.01.2022 Yesterday we added the final touches to a beautiful butlers pantry we have been working on over the last few weeks. Apart from enjoying the look of her new pantry, our client told us that cooking + shopping is now so much quicker + easier too! Best feedback we could wish for!

04.01.2022 This is a pantry we helped to transform last week. The pantry was quite narrow and is made up of shallow drawers and shelving so we wanted to make sure we used the available space effectively. Using baskets to group like items together, clear narrow containers for dry goods and of course finishing it all off with labels, we helped transform this pantry into an edited and functional space. Baskets with handles were the perfect solution for the higher shelves too. Although its a small pantry is amazing how much you can fit in there once its sorted. Does your pantry need a makeover??
