24.01.2022 New pics of Unit 1

22.01.2022 We now have 2 units completed so I decided to list them on Airbnb to see if there was any response. Well, 3 days after listing, and I have 2 bookings today, totalling 7 nights of accommodation, One booking from Newcastle on Tyne!! That's besides the recommendations we are getting from Mater Hospital.

22.01.2022 Unit 3 is now available and advertised on airbnb. The listing was only up for one hour and we already have bookings for the next 2 weekends.

19.01.2022 Spent some time tidying the garden today, ready for next Friday's opening. Plenty more to do, but gardening is my favourite part!!

14.01.2022 This is how close we are to the Mater Hospital. Photo shows our garden on the right (near the footpath), and Mater on the left, yes, straight across the road!!

13.01.2022 We certainly had a busy couple of weeks over the Christmas/New Year period with both units fully booked except for one night. And now with the working weeks returning to normal we have a 3 week booking from a doctor visiting/working at Mater Hospital. Also a 10 day booking for a family from Singapore, coming to settle their daughter into Newcastle University. Lucky that Unit 3 is almost ready to rent out!!
