22.01.2022 What a fantastic 2019 year we have had at Edithvale Pre School. A huge thank you must go out to our Amazing Educators who have worked very hard with each and everyone of our beautiful children and just as big of a Thank you goes out to our amazing preschool community and of course the broader community who supported us in 2019. We appreciate the support and impact you have had on our community run Pre school.

20.01.2022 This Friday the weather is looking very comfortable for our End of Year Picnic. (Definitely not like extreme Monday) Last couple of days to get your donations in for our hampers. We will be wrapping them up Friday morning. They are looking ... A couple of things to remember for Friday A) Raffle tickets sold on arrival $5 each B)Adults May collect a drink on arrival If you are planning on a wine/champagne as your drink please BYO glassware for us to pour our appreciation of your support beverage into. NO DRINKING VESSEL equals NO DRINK. C) The event is BYO so please bring your picnic rug food you wish to eat and BYO glassware/plastic ware if you are consuming wine/champagne or any other beverages requiring a vessel. D) Raffle will be drawn at 6:30pm E) Event will conclude at 7:00pm Have a great week and we look forward to seeing you all there Friday from 5pm

18.01.2022 BABY BUNNIES We are beyond excited to introduce you to our new Kinder friends! This is Nestle and her 8 baby bunnies (Kittens). They are two days old and are all snuggled up together to keep warm as they haven’t grown fur yet. We are all so excited to care for them and to watch them grow!

A massive shoutout to our little superhero friends for the resilience that they have shown throughout this challenging pandemic Never did we think we would need to explain to them about a virus that spreads like wildfire, social distancing, mask wearing, why we can’t visit our loved ones, and ...why most of our friends remain at home. 05.01.2022 Welcome to 2020 Edithvale Pre School Family! It’s the first day of 4yo kinder for the Red Group today and there were a few tears (from the kidlets and the parents!) but lots of smiles and excitement at all the play things and new friends to be made. Good luck to all the kids and your educators on this very special first day! Tomorrow will be the first day of 4yo kinder for the Green Group! Here’s hoping you all have a wonderful time on your special first day also!... And Friday sees the 3yo kinder kids starting in Blue Group! What a week! 03.01.2022 Teddy Bears’ Sleepover . . What a week celebrating the end of Term 2! Our 4YO children brought in a teddy to sleepover at Kinder. We made warm pajamas for our teddies and tucked them into bed for the night. We were very surprised to discover that our cheeky teddies had thrown a party overnight without us! Each teddy wrote a letter to their owner detailing what fun they had been up to. Our Kinder friends thought this was hilarious! 01.01.2022 Who Sank the Boat? We have been exploring the concept of sinking and floating over the last few weeks, and decided to extend on the children’s interest in this by making our own boats! We used one of our favourite Pamela Allen stories for our inspiration for this fun experience, and used the animal characters from the story as our boat passengers.
