25.01.2022 Hi all, We are back, no bushfires at the moment and ready to receive guests. Many have asked if there is anything they can do to help and there is. Come to Bright for a day, weekend or week. Spending money locally will assist the area to get back on track as our busiest month, January, was a disaster for business. We have one deluxe room left for the Brighter Days long weekend in March and two Superior rooms left over Easter. If you are interested please contact us directly... ASAP. As for all other weekends we have plenty of room. Check out the following events listings as there is plenty to do. 24.01.2022 Did a ride through the high country over the weekend and was surprised to see how quickly it is greening up. Taken on Great Alpine between Bruthen and Omeo.

23.01.2022 Had the pleasure of accommodating five brothers and a friend for Brighter Days and a reunion. They grew up in Bright and hadn’t been back here for over twenty years! They left us with a thank you. Thanks guys, loved having you here!

22.01.2022 Brilliant, although a little chilly weather for a ride today with friends. We found Ned Kelly’s unmarked grave at the Greta Cemetery. His remains were relocated to his final resting place in 2013. We all enjoyed wandering around discovering, and reading beautifully aged monuments to lives lost. We were about to leave when we were privileged to an unexpected history lesson from a very knowledgeable local. Made for a really interesting visit.

15.01.2022 Great news today...... We will be open for business from the 1st June and taking bookings from tonight. As common areas are not accessible our bbq area and dining room will be closed but there are plenty of places open in Bright. The ski parks will be opening 22nd June.
