14.01.2022 Blitz would like to thank Local Car Loans for their very generous sponsorship. It enabled us to fund travel, accommodation and food for the 8 days required for... the Rockhampton UTR and the teams event for an extremely modest cost that was even in covert times in reach of every families budget. Blitz is in the process of team rebuilding! As is always the case the rebuilding enables us to produce better overall standard of player than have preceeded it. We think we are on the threshold of providing opportunities for producing players who will a real credit to Far North Qld both on and off the court! Again thank you Local Car Loans for your support!

04.01.2022 This weekend the CITC held our regions first mixed player UTR event for the year. Boys & Girls battled it out against each other and the Blitz crew did not disa...ppoint. Well done to all the Blitz kids for showing great sportsmanship over the two days. Congratulations to Alexis taking the Runners Up trophy in the Stosur Division and to Liam, who only just turned 8 last week came home with the winners trophy in the mixed under 10’s green ball division. 02.01.2022 Some of our Blitz players were apart of the FNQ Team playing against NQ in the Battle of the Tropics in Townsville over the weekend. The top 4 boys and girls i...n each division for 11’s, 13’s, 15’s & 17’s joined together to make a team playing singles, doubles & mixed doubles over the two days.
