23.01.2022 Happy Australia Day, everyone!! I thought this worth sharing. Especially as we are currently in a double demerits window. As usual, NSW applies tougher penalties than other States; with demerit points and higher fines.... Stay and drive safe, everyone! https://www.caradvice.com.au//warning-big-fines-for-hangi/

21.01.2022 When passengers asked me what sanitising solution I use in the car; I tell them "Far Cough"!! https://youtu.be/KdwtvJEend8

18.01.2022 As a follow-up to the recent post about local business gift vouchers for Christmas presents. Roy Mustaca, the owner of United Cinemas Warriewood did a most benevolent thing a few years ago, to help a business/friend and save the staff of Max Brenners. So, I am putting this out there to my fellow 2101ers and surrounding suburbs - let's help save a saviour!!... #givealocalbusinessgiftvouchers... https://m.facebook.com/groups/1004939049551367

16.01.2022 Interesting 'new' tyre-technology on the horizon. (I say 'new', as it's well known in the car industry that what's currently on the road is several years behind what's been developed). https://youtu.be/g4srZOGm0EY

16.01.2022 There's some useful bits in here, about infringements that you may not be aware of. I wish the Police would proactively enforce the fog-lights rule. What I think confuses a lot of drivers, is the term 'driving lights' - making people think it's okay to have them on. (then there's those that do it, because they think it looks cool...) Enjoy the read, and here's to safe, infringement-free driving!!... https://www.caradvice.com.au//top-10-road-rules-you-might/

14.01.2022 Sharing this, not because I'm condoning speeding, just to alert everyone to this proposed change; but also because of the aptronymn of the opposing NSW Nationals state member of parliament's name, Wes Fang!! https://www.caradvice.com.au//nsw-to-lose-mobile-speed-ca/

13.01.2022 Hi, everyone!! I took a 6month break from driving, when COVID hit; taking haven in an IT contract. Predominantly working from home, and heavily self-isolating/locked down at home. I am now back, with the new standard for prestige and private driving services.... As part of the 'new norm', I would ask that you: Wear a mask or face covering if you can. I will.... Sit in the backseat. (I won't!! ) Limit it to three passengers - two, preferrably... Handle your own belongings to minimise contact. Wash your hands before your ride, if you can. I will have hand-sanitiser and Glen20 spray for you to use. So, if you're looking for a safe drive to the airport, or if you are just looking for a local run, please message me. I am also available for bookings further afield; and I have both baby seat and toddler booster seats. Advance bookings, please, for the latter two. For airport pick-ups; I give you an extra level of safety/isolation from crowds, as I can use the disabled drop-off/pick-up spots. So; no 'herding' at the ride-share zones!!.... Cheers and stay safe!! Ed.

10.01.2022 Cars are getting smarter and smarter. Something I have been spruiking for a couple of years, now, finally has a name: 'Intersection collision warning system' will evolve into a massive game changer in scenarios such as side-on collisions at traffic lights.......
