24.01.2022 Head down to Grill'd Claremont Quarter during the month of April as Educate a Mate will be displayed on one of their ‘Local Matters’ jars. Order a meal, then place your token in our jar for the chance of us to be donated up to $300!

20.01.2022 At our upcoming fundraiser, all proceeds from ticket sales will be going towards the training of teachers and providence of resources in a school recently built by our partner organisation United World Schools (UWS). This school is in Gufa village, a remote community in the Sankuwasaba district, located in the foothills of the Himalayas of Eastern Nepal. Gufa is the largest village within a network of four hamlets and is incredibly remote. Before UWS arrived, the community had no power and no access to any form of education. Be sure to come down to Boogie With Old Mate Clancy to fundraise for Gufa Village!

17.01.2022 Educate a Mate is a not-for-profit charitable organisation with a mission to provide remote and marginalised communities, such as Nepal, Cambodia and Myanmar, with a quality education. Our first fundraiser will be in April 2018, with a variety of local up-and-coming artists performing live! All proceeds from the ticket sales will be put toward establishing a school in an underprivileged community. We have lots of big things coming, so keep an eye out for the updates on the way soon!

15.01.2022 Click here to donate now! $1 puts a child in Nepal in school for a week, $50 for an entire year. A small amount goes a long way and each contribution is very much appreciated.

13.01.2022 No plans for this Saturday night? We’ve got you covered! Come down for a boogie with old mate Clancy tomorrow night at Clancy’s Fish Pub (Fremantle) at 8PM for our debut fundraiser. Live music, cash bar, fish n chips - what more could you want out of a Saturday night? Tickets are $15, with all proceeds going towards providing a quality education for the children in Nepal. Hope to see you there!

12.01.2022 Very excited to announce our official partnership with the United World Schools Charity (UWS). They will be supporting us in our mission to help get children in Nepal access to a quality education. Here is a snapshot of one of the schools established by UWS in Nepal, which we will be sponsoring to train teachers and provide resources.
