25.01.2022 PUBLIC HEALTH ALERT: Confirmed cases of COVID-19 attended the following venues while infectious. Anyone who attended at the following times is considered a clos...e contact and must get tested and isolate for 14 days. They must stay isolated for the entire 14 day period, even if a negative test result is received: Albion Hotel, Parramatta Beer Garden and Pavilion, on Saturday 5 September between 8.15pm - 11.15pm for at least an hour. The Crocodile Farm Hotel, Ashfield on Friday 4 September between 5.30pm - 6.30pm for at least an hour. The New Shanghai Night restaurant, Ashfield on Friday 4 September between 6.30pm -8pm for at least an hour. NSW Health is directly contacting people identified as close contacts at these venues. People who were there for less than an hour at these times are considered casual contacts and must monitor for symptoms and get tested immediately if they develop and remain in isolation until they receive a negative result. 03.01.2022 MALAYSIA STRONGLY CONDEMNS THE ATTACK IN NICE, FRANCE AND CALLS UPON THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY TO ADDRESS TERRORISM IN COMPREHENSIVE AND EFFECTIVE MANNER Mal...aysia strongly condemns the attack that took place in the French City of Nice on 29 October 2020. We extend our condolences to the families of those killed, and wish those injured in the attack a speedy recovery. We hope the attacker will be swiftly brought to justice. The attack yet again reminds the international community of the urgent need for a concerted effort to eliminate acts and threats of terrorism in a comprehensive and effective manner. Evidently, this global menace recognizes no boundaries, nor religious and racial affiliation. For any effort to be effective, all members of the international community should be united in addressing the root causes of terrorism and in promoting mutual respect, and harmonious and peaceful co-existence, while opposing persecution, provocation, prejudices, as well as religious or racial hatred.
