24.01.2022 Kim chi success.... managed to find Korean red chili powder my wombok has finished so it had to be a store bought one but carrots and spring onion were from the gardens . . We left out the fish sauce and just used soy sauce and it was a great result another good healthy gut food.

22.01.2022 Well the years keep sliding by as I slip into my 64th chronological year. . . Sonya pulled one of the recipes we created for our previous food business A Raw Dairy free lemon cheesecake. .... . Nuts, dates, and coconut can produce some epic treats put together with imagination. . . You can’t stop the clock but with correct nutrition choices, exercise mobility and mindfulness you can be a living example of its not how many years in your life that counts ... its the life you put into the years that matter most . . Too many people rely on a pill or doctor to ease their ills ... both have there place but as a last resort and not a plan A for a life of nutritional and lifestyle abuse. See more

22.01.2022 The data has been very consistent that the covid feardemic was and is blown out of all proportion to the draconian control mechanisms on its "spread" and contai...nment The "conspiracy" realm of thought in the belief that it was more about control of information and people, than the rhetoric that the"safety" aspect of trace and track was for the good of all is becoming more fact than any fiction. Despite all data contrary to the fact that lockdowns and controls do not suppress case counts and the death rates are nowhere near a "pandemic" the restrictions keep coming this is just a thin edge of an increasingly technocratic control wedge that will reduce an individuals choice to personal freedoms of movement and lifestyle ... good luck with it all I'm out.

22.01.2022 If you are in Stanthorpe this Saturday we are playing at the Happy Valley Hippy Shop from 10.30 - 12 come say hi and enjoy the treasures that caz has on offer at her wonderful little shop. caz is very active in the town promoting the local music scene and working with the council to get music precincts accessible without all the red tape that goes on with street entertainment. https://www.google.com/maps/dir/

21.01.2022 I asked a neighbor of mine to help me out with a problem that I was not sure how to tackle with the hive. . . Eric has many years experience and had it sorted in quick time and I was able to add a bit more knowledge to the bank for future withdrawals. .... . The temperature is starting to get towards summer expectations now so it’s good to get the hive in good condition to deal with the heat and storms. . . . If you are local to the area and visit our stall ... sorry for the scanty offerings of late there has been a bit of updates on the garden front due to a collection of events. . . Strawberries are almost at their end and due to pest pressure and weather conditions I am going to trial not planting salad greens for the months of December and January . . I will still have other selections of fruits, zucchini, cucumbers, tomatoes etc. The stall will always have the fresh local preserves, honey, soaps, crafts and jams. . . Seedlings, seeds, kombucha kits, grain free pancake mix and will be back soon. . . The page on the website thefreeradicals.com.au/products We have a comprehensive video on making kombucha See more

21.01.2022 I notice that harder-edged issues that are part of the ethos this page attaches to living a life well-lived, such as aspects of self-sovereignty, mobility, freedom of speech are not as well-received as posts that canvas matters of the softer side of The Free Radicals message, such as gardening, sustainability, food sovereignty, health, music etc, To that end, now is a time to stand up against the increasing state-sanctioned thuggery that will continue to push the agenda of f...ear and control into our lives and diminish our freedoms. More then ever does the alternative view to the mainstream media rhetoric of submit and comply need to be stated. I will be posting more of what I consider to be the harder-edged comments here as links to the website which you can either choose to engage with or just stay up to date with the content that I will be sharing here as sanguine social media posts. https://www.thefreeradicals.com.au/cipher-people/

20.01.2022 Mushroom bag colonized and ready to fruit... in a few days the mushrooms will fruit through the x incision I made on the side of the fruiting block. . . I had been putting off growing mushrooms for awhile as it all seemed to hard but thanks to Kim @readytoadapt and her getting started mushroom growing course I have now enough knowledge to access the raw materials and the steps needed to have our own mushrooms.

20.01.2022 Strawberry season is always a busy time and picking, sorting and packing is something that is an art and science at the same time . . After having to shift and start the gardens from scratch it’s a good feeling to start getting production from the plants.

19.01.2022 Old school tomato staking which means a hardcore shoulders and arm workout with the post pounder getting all the stakes in. . . Trying to pick the better battle either more vine crops like tomatoes and be at war with the bugs or salad greens and the like and take on the sun, bolting, lack of water and bugs .... . Make no mistake with all the events going on around the world and at home and the great reset being openly talked about ... food supplies are going to be something that will see disruption and a distribution squeeze as markets and suppliers deal with natural cycle climate growing zones change and the trading imposts that the new normal and the great reset Aka rebranded new world order are implemented. . . Being prepared is not a fool’s errand even if the worse case scenario never happens old school principals of thrift, saving, preserving, growing your own food, needle craft, offer more than just a prepper mentality its a bridge back to times values were more than the ... cheap and convenient debt based acquisition of goods and materials that now prevails as the ethos of consumption and preparedness. 19.01.2022 How wonderful to come across this unique Australian animal waddling around my garden area. . . The quills are quite a formidable looking protection for it that’s for sure

19.01.2022 Hands up who likes fermented food ... you should all be putting up your hands . . Many benefits from fermented foods for gut health Sonya decided to try a recipe with a couple of cabbage from the garden. .... . Was easy to do and a great way to keep and store garden produce. It’s not a new craze and it’s worth learning how to save and preserve foods. See more

18.01.2022 Chilling on a Sunday drive to Toowoomba to catch up with some friends, play some tunes and set more plans in place for a workable system of agorisim and counter-economics within our freedom cells. . . We are lucky to live in a great part of the country it’s a shame the Australia i grew up in has lost the freedoms that made it the lucky country. .... . The old analogy of the frog in the pot has never been more obvious to me as the destruction of independent individual ways of life are getting more and more curtailed by state authorities and technocratic implementation of surveillance and control. . . Say no I won’t to the belief you need the state to be responsible for what freedoms and liberties a sovereign individual desires for a life well lived See more

18.01.2022 Spoon playing does have its secrets anyone can pick up a pair of spoons from the cutlery drawer and clack away but if you are playing for extended time you need to modify them to be comfortable. . . Also there is certain types of spoons that give you different sounds. .... . I am using my outdoor busking spoons that have a loud clack and are heavy an robust. . . The tape is to stop them slipping around and help shape them to your fingers for better hold and control. See more

17.01.2022 Saturday 11 - 12 ish we are at the Happy Hippy Shop Stanthorpe playing a set if you are in the area. . . The owner Caz is keen to see the music scene in Stanthorpe get moving again and is putting live music into her shop each Saturday morning. .... . Unfortunately it’s not an awesome location setting like the photo but it’s an awesome effort as a local business owner to use music as a shot in the arm to lift the spirits of Stanthorpe and it’s visitors. 17.01.2022 I was gifted a load of non sprayed hay so I have decided to mulch the garlic as a pseudo hilling technique. . . I hope I don’t regret it later first time growing garlic

17.01.2022 Well its a start. I don't often get an opportunity to catch up with the kids or grandkids so I had to start Ari, my eldest sons lad with the idea that kitchen cultlery and tin sheet can make a fun sound

13.01.2022 There is no way to tell people who have not the ears to hear or the vision to see, that the world as it was is being taken apart in a controlled agenda that is designed for complete and total control by those who only see people as chess pieces to be moved to suit the game they are playing. I continually encourage people to understand what it takes to grow food and get prepared for what is coming but it goes in one ear and out the other or I get the conspiracy tin foil hat w...earing look or comments. Yet already there are startling increases in the number of people across the country, and the world, who are in need of food. Food banks across the Land of the Free are experiencing an enormous surge in demand from people looking to feed their families, many of whom are experiencing such economic hardship for the first time. The director of a local food bank in western Massachusetts, for example, recently said, I thought I had seen the worst during the Great Recession [of 2008-2009]. But what we have experienced since March due to COVID-19 has really overwhelmed us. In the small town of Dorset in southwestern England, food banks have handed out an astonishing 1.2 million meals over the past few months, shattering all previous records. And local officials say that was just the tip of the iceberg. It’s obvious there are millions upon millions of people who are suffering immeasurably because of the lockdowns. But even if the cause of the feardemic did suddenly and miraculously disappear off the face of the Earth, there would still be the legacy of trillions upon trillions of dollars of new debt to contend with. Consumer debt, corporate debt, and government debt have all soared to all-time highs due to lockdown measures that all have eroded production and now conveniently the great reset is being offered as the great plan to save the day. https://www.thefreeradicals.com.au/freedom-cells-and-the-g/

13.01.2022 I see you baby zuc ... the first few fruits I take when they are a conventional Zucchini size but after that I let them grow on for a zucchini marrow size which over the past couple of seasons has proved more popular than the conventional size fruit. . . Strawberries are now finished and are getting a haircut so now on to the garlic to harvest and prepare. .... . Just invested in a basic cold smoker unit to prepare the smoked garlic bulbs, salt and paste that the garlic crop is going to processed into. . . I am looking forward to experimenting with what I can preserve and flavor with a cold smoker unit including eggs. . . See more

13.01.2022 Are the Cipher people among us going to get the rest of us in lockdown, tracked, chipped and traced on the back of a feardemic that has been proven to be a despicable hoax as to its deadly pandemic status. . . Since seeing the young girl getting choked by a police thug in Australia for what ... not having a mask on... it’s more and more obvious it’s not about your safety it’s about putting the boot on the neck of individual rights. .... . An even more sad side of the event is that the Cipher breed of human is defending police violence against a young girl for something that should not even be in force. . . Now is the time to question the main stream narrative and the talking head presstitutes that fill the TV screens with their masters propaganda. . . When the elected officials of our Nation are calling for mandatory untested vacations.... abuse of power lockdown rules and unprecedented application of police authoritarianism to stifle free speech . . now is the time to make what voice you have left heard in an attempt to regain not a NEW normal but the normal of an Australian way of life not dominated by fear and the shadow of fascism which all state driven authoritarian purges of self sovereignty descends into See more

10.01.2022 Won’t be too long now and I can dig a few potatoes for the pot. . . That a part of the luxury of having enough bed space I am enjoying growing what is considered low value crops like potato. .... . I made the mistake last year of selling a few kgs which diminished our own consumption supply and planting stock for the next season. . . I tripled up on plants this year but I still think I will be short on demand... even the common spud tastes better home grown. See more

10.01.2022 It’s my first time growing garlic on a larger scale and I have been uncertain on the best practices for this area. . . I have varied results across the plants I put in as they don’t seem to all follow the same pattern of growth and maturation but this one seems as it is ready to go. .... . I am in the process of looking for a smoker to use on the garlic, and eggs as a method of preserving and value adding. . . The kimchi and sauerkraut worked it well which is good because the cabbage doesn’t sell well I think because it’s not a value item in many peoples eyes with the commercial cabbage cheap as it is the underlying principles of living soil and nutrient content somehow seems to not to count in people’s minds when thinking of basic foods such a cabbage See more

08.01.2022 Now this is the sort of production line I prefer to work on. . . Spring has warmed everything up already and plants are responding accordingly which includes the weed pressure. .... . That’s one of the less understood and underrated elements of the no dig garden method you have far less weed pressure by not digging the ground. . . As this is only my second season on the new ground I am still having to do more weed management than I would like but it took me 3 seasons at the last garden site to get on top of weed management. . . I recognize I have quadrupled the area of the last gardens so extra effort is needed but I believe that another season head down, arse up as the saying goes the balance of setup, production and maintenance will be in a better proportion. 06.01.2022 It’s the first time I have grown artichokes as they are a big plant that takes up a lot of space ... but wow they look impressive as a plant beautiful shapes and colors as they grow. . . The rain is sorely needed here to refill dry creeks before the summer kicks in. .... . The need for water and what it means for regional areas gets sadly overlooked when the increasingly collectivism state agendas for the good of all shuts down the economy with lockdown mandates that decline even the tourism dollar . . Visitors to regional towns goes at least some way to bring income into the area as well as keeping the spotlight on building better water resource management through the lenses of tourism. See more

05.01.2022 It’s not so much the garlic I am proud of ... it’s the worm I dug up when I was harvesting the garlic crop. . . For me it an indicator that the soil is healthy and that I just keep working the way I have been to promote living soil and by consequence grow healthy living food.

05.01.2022 It's always hard to get a decent live recording at a gig ... grateful for the granite belt magazine popping a live stream to their fscbool page. We had a great time at the happy hippy shop ... thanks Caz or promoting live music in Stanthorpe

05.01.2022 Here’s a memo to you sociopaths in charge: Scott and Dan to name 2 puppets of the architects of agenda 21 keep it up at this pace and there won’t be an economy... to reopen. Small businesses will throw in the towel for good. Commercial renters will walk away from leases. Renters will call for rent to be cancelled. People will stop paying mortgages. Free enterprise only works if individuals are free to make their own choices, based on their own preferences and values. Government politicians who’ve never met a payroll in their life or tried to provide goods or a service at a profit are in no position to tell the private sector what it takes to ‘open up’. They have no idea. They think you get what you want in life through force and backroom deals, because that’s how they live their lives hiding behind the big stick of the thugs that pass for keepers of the peace and the golden handshake pension plans or corporate lackey job troughs they get to feed at after "public" office. The rest of us make our way through life by trading our time for money, providing a skill or service other people value while watching the pension plans goalposts move after "life" at the office It’s all voluntary, under the banner of free trade, entrepreneur Not compulsory. There have been 19,835 total cases in Victoria, according to the government’s figures. 17,893 of those cases have recovered. There are 1,157 ‘active’ cases. There have been 723 reported fatalities with COVID, with 126 people currently in the hospital and nine people in ICU. That’s right. NINE people in ICU. NINE. People did ‘the right thing’ and complied with restrictions in the lockdown so the health system wouldn’t be overwhelmed. All the evidence indicates it hasn’t been. And all the evidence suggests the vast majority of COVID cases recover from it. These are facts Yet instead of trusting the ‘science’, the government ignores these numbers and calls to ‘eradicate’ the virus, even if it means crushing the economy, public morale, and civil liberties in the process. Victoria is now top of the table in the world for incompetent political and medical leadership, and its people are paying the price. Sooner or later, the few competent journalists in the mainstream media will start asking questions. Honest cops who didn’t sign up to beat up on their neighbours or arrest them for Facebook posts may start calling in sick. The rest of the two-faced rat politicians will smell blood in the water and turn on Andrews and his like It can’t happen soon enough.

04.01.2022 The stall is loaded with beets, turnips, cabbage, yacon, strawberry apples carrots, kohlrabi, jams, relish, kombucha, soaps, gift packs, gardening books and plants. . . Have an awesome weekend folks we are at the Toowoomba farmers markets wearing our entertainers hats as our busking duo The Free Radicals

04.01.2022 Last of the beets until the next sowing is ready, I like to plant out for a continuous cropping but I got caught out with the panic buying for seeds when the feardemic hit. . . I guess there will be a lot of second hand out of date seed cluttering up cupboards across the nation as I very much doubt much will get planted. .... . I do collect a lot of my own seed for replant but it is not the most efficient way to run a produce oriented garden as it takes up space and disrupts bed prep and organization. . . If people were aware of how small the diversity of seed suppliers are and the continuing trend to patent protected varieties by large companies it would be a wake up call to agenda 21 style of controls that are being put in place. 03.01.2022 Even in the midst of uncertainty and difficult times music keeps us ticking over ... as the Free Radicals entertainment duo we keep adding to what performance styles we can deliver while still staying close to our Australiana, folk, Celtic, hillbilly, classics ,

03.01.2022 Not quite enough room for all the goodness on the stall today. . . K town looking green after a drop of water lately looking good

02.01.2022 No it’s not a sauna set up but a trial of grow lamp seed raising and micro greens. . . A member of my Freedom cell loaned me the grow tent setup so I could get some experience at grow lamp technology. .... . I teach a three sq mtr no dig garden bed method because it’s easy to set up, portable and has a viable cost to benefit return. But perhaps an indoor growing setup may prove to offer more resilience . . As the controllers of this world turn increasingly more ugly in their intent to dehumanize, track and control all facets of lifestyle choices the options for saying no are going to be become even less. . . It seems ridiculous to think that even growing your own food may have to be done indoors away from prying eyes or opportunists who are not prepared for food shortages and other supply chain disruptions. . . Ridiculous thinking maybe ... but even in my most vivid imagination did I see the absolute deliberate destruction to a worlds economy at a cost that will have more impact on the survivors of the feardemic that conveniently swept through the world ushering in the great reset propaganda that has been planned for years. . . Make no mistake there is more coming to tighten the screws of technocratic control question everything or you loose it all. . . Personal freedoms not valued are easily lost and hard to gain back don’t take for granted the freedom of speech and actions we have now start now to build alternatives that allow you to say no without being subject to the will of the state and it’s enforcers. 02.01.2022 Sadly this was the only time we were able to play a gig at this amazing location before it was sold and closed down. . . Spring creek mountain cottages was an awesome accommodation and cafe venue in the Killarney area. . .... . Unfortunately the new owners are not continuing with the business which I another loss to an already hard hit regional area with the feardemic lockdown restrictions and drought all eroding away at peoples livelihoods See more

02.01.2022 Well it’s a vicious windy day today so not to many people out and about... a good day to be inside reading a good book. . . Managed to source some rhubarb from a local grower (Stanthorpe) as well as some start plant material for me to grow. .... . Rhubarb is a long term plant to get into production so until mine come on in a couple of seasons it’s good to have another local area supply to source from. . . This is part of the awareness I am cultivating with my calls to individuals to either get prepared to grow a small garden or support local grower as it takes longer than you can go being hungry before you can establish a consistent source of food production in a crisis. . . But apart from food security, fresh local grown food has many more benefits for community and if you are growing your own small area it has been shown to have positive mental attributes as well. 02.01.2022 Seasons for all things and the Yacon season is over, but the rhizome is back in the ground for the next crop. You can see the Daisy family heritage in its cheerful little flower, Though at 2 meters tall it's not a dainty little plant. There is a season for all things in the garden as the cycles come and go. Depending on where you are geographically located, what and when you harvest will vary greatly, though, there will be a common denominator of vigorous growth and slow gro...wth as the conditions apply themselves to your situation. Right now the change of seasons is across all aspects of the cultivation of future fruit that will form in the gardens of our lives. If you are a keen observer to the adverse conditions that are being introduced to the lifestyle gardens of what used to be abundance and healthy growing conditions, you will recognize the ill winds of transhumanism and the fear that is being introduced as the science of a new age of growth and the cultivation of the loss of humanity and self-sovereignty continues to grow as a destructive parasite. Prepare and get rid of the parasites that infest and prey on unhealthy organisms and uncultivated lifestyles and gardens. If you have read this far and value your self-sovereignty send me a PM and ask me about the concept that the state does not care for you and options for participating in counter-economics the concept of freedom cells and Agorism.
