Charlotte Peterswald Property Management put on a free sausage sizzle and took people through the house for a look. We are pleased with the finished product. 05.01.2022 We are pretty excited at Edward Homes. Unit 1 at 17 Michele Crt Berridale is finally finished and looking amazing. To celebrate there will be a BBQ lunch at the unit next Saturday from 12:30 to 1:30. We would love to see you there and take you through the unit to show you what we have been up to over the last 6 months.
05.01.2022 Another renovation begins for Edward Homes in West Hobart. This home is undergoing a major renovation and extension out the back and we are now up to frame stage. This renovation includes a double story extension and ties the old house in with an ultra modern extension. One of the features of this renovation will be the external cladding to be used. The client wants to use milled timber cleared from her fathers farm 25 years ago. This has its challenges but we are looing forward to how it all comes together....watch this space....

The difficult thing with this renovation is that while one section of the house is being renovated, the client is living in the other section that has already been renovated. Job is progressing well and client happy with developments
