25.01.2022 Im lucky that in this lockdown Im super busy with mum making masks for so many beautiful people and its been incredible. I literally havent had a spare min...ute, and its taught me so much, especially as it was so unexpected. Theres been a couple of customers that have been absolute cows but the other 99% are so appreciative and amazing. Weve received beautiful messages, flowers and thank you cards. Thank you so much to everyone that has supported this little venture, and thank you for sending in these awesome photos. This is what its all about, community, support and trying to make the best out of a shitty situation. You have all made my days in lockdown so much brighter See more

23.01.2022 **JUST ANNOUNCED BY THE GOVERNMENT BEAUTY SERVICES CAN GO BACK 23 NOVEMBER** Our studio has had the biggest clean out ever over the last few days and we are dying to see you all!! We have always been very particular with hygiene right from the beginning and because we are in a global pandemic our hygiene needs to be at an even higher standard which will be implemented going forward.... We have also completed additional training in infection prevention and control from Government online modules. Heres a list of things we must now implement to adhere to guidelines and also for our piece of mind - Hand sanitiser will be available for you to clean your hands on arrival We will take your temperature on arrival You will need to fill out your contact details on arrival for contact tracing purposes Please advise us of your health status and if you have any cold or flu like symptoms If you are not well - you will need to reschedule your booking. By law we cannot perform any services on anyone who is sick All appointments must be pre booked Please go the toilet before you arrive to your appointment Please do not to bring anyone else to your booking. This usually affects bridal preview clients. We can only have one person in the studio at a time Please have a clean mask on arrival and for when you leave Whilst in the studio please do not touch anything you don’t need to Food and/or drinks are not allowed but you can bring your own water bottle Your artist will be wearing a clean mask during your appointment and a new mask will be worn for each client We will be cleaning a lot more regularly using a anti-viral cleaner and 70% Isopropyl alcohol on all surfaces, tools, brushes, equipment, chairs, tables, hand rails etc All staff must be free of symptoms and be temperature checked Hair brushes will be sanitised in 70% alcohol between clients Makeup brushes will only be used on one client and then deep cleaned As hygiene has always been our priority we will continue to decant wet products onto a sanitised stainless steel palette and use disposable mascara wands, lip brushes etc. We will sanitise and sharpen our pencils before use and use a brush to apply, we never double dip our products Only products that will be used will be layed out - the rest are protected and put away EVERYTHING will be sanitised with 70% alcohol OVER and OVER! We will no longer use the back of our hand to warm up products - everything will be placed on the sanitised palette We will no longer use our hands to massage or touch your face Our appointment times will be increased to allow time for all extra precautions We always strive to provide you with the most highest level of service and this will always continue to be our focus We are really excited to see you all again! 22.01.2022 I had to go to Woolies this afternoon and had to step back and just watch everyone with their masks on. Who would of thought 6 months ago things would be like this? I had to control myself not to cry. I dont know why I got emotional, but it made me really sad. I never would have imagined after having lost all my work I would be making masks for everyone I hope the masks we are making for you makes you feel just a little bit happier in these really trying times. I real...ly want to thank everyone for all of their support! Mum and I have been working like crazy trying to get them all made for you! Please remember, the masks are handmade they are not made in a factory, Mum is 80 and doing an amazing job! They are hand cut and sewn with love. These things take time. Your masks will be worth waiting for and Im pretty sure we will be needing them for a while. Photos attached is currently what we have in stock. 17.01.2022 MASK UPDATE I hope you are all feeling OK after todays announcement of Stage 4 restrictions. If anyone is freaking out please reach out Theres a lot of you that have orders for pick up and I know that will now change for some - I will be messaging you all tonight to organize postage for you. ... I know some are anxious about getting their masks - we are working as hard as we can, 7 days a week to get them all out to you! Please be patient as we are human and trying our best ( we are also trying to source materials as Melbourne has a shortage) If you are wanting to order masks they are still $10 per mask - and we have pretty much perfected them and sourced the best fabrics and elastic on the market. Ive attached some new fabrics below with some of our older stock which we still have. Please note once fabrics sell out we most probably cannot source anymore - if this happens I will message you for another preference. All NEW ORDERS will need to be paid upfront by bank transfer - cash will no longer be accepted. 07.01.2022 MASK UPDATE If you have ordered masks - we are trying our hardest to get them done as fast as we can. Please understand we are a two man show (Mum and I). You will receive a message as soon as they are ready to be picked up. Elastic is now getting very hard to find! So on top of answering everyones messages, as well as making the masks we are trying to source products. ... If you have ordered a few masks some of them may have different elastic on them - this is because its so hard to get hold of. If anyone wants to order please DM us they will be ready for you in 2-3 days if we dont have them in stock Please if you guys go out anywhere wear a mask! Any mask to keep you safe. To keep us all safe during this time and to adhere to Covid Safe guidelines ALL BOOKINGS MUST AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS - Temperature will be tested before entry Hands to be sanitised or hand washed If you have been sick in the last 48 hours ie - fever, sore throat, cough, stomach ache or shortness of breath (along with anything else) please let us know prior to your booking and re-schedule your booking... You must advise us if you have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive to COVID-19 You Must advise us if you have recently travelled You must complete our COVID-19 Client Interaction Form before any services Please do not bring anyone else to your booking No food, drinks or mobile phones during your booking We will be taking all possible precautions and uphold strict and stringent hygiene procedures such as - Hand washing/sanitising before, during and after your service Wearing masks if and when requested All products including powder products will be depotted onto a hygienic surface before any applications All brushes used are deep cleaned and sanitised before each service and sealed away. No brushes to be cleaned in between clients All palettes will be kept closed when not in use Chair to be sanitised before and after each service We have always used disposable applicators for each client and will continue to do so Studio and workstations are sanitised before and after each service Sterile applicators are used to depot any makeup We will be allowing more time in between clients to thoroughly sanitise work area and equipment You can rest assured that we are being very stringent during these uncertain times. Remember to SECURE your dates as quickly as you can as dates are booking up quickly!! We hope to see you really soon
