20.01.2022 Great turn out for last night’s meeting. Our guest speaker, Sid Shishido gave us his perspective on the recent US election and the American political system. Those present had lots of questions - thanks to Vivien for organising such an interesting speaker.

19.01.2022 We had a burst of youth at last night’s meeting, with Lenard Sciancalepore, Preeti & Nic, joining us from the Adelaide University Rotaract Club and Soukaina Ztati, who we sponsored on the One & All Sailing Challenge in September - great presentation from Soukaina . We also welcomed Marie-Louise Lees, District 9510 Foundation Chair and presented her with a cheque for $1750 to assist in the fight to END POLIO. Marie -Louise also presented our Club with a certificate of appreciation for our assistance at the recent END POLIO movie night. A very enjoyable night for all present.

07.01.2022 Members of the Rotary Club of Edwardstown spent this morning selling raffle tickets and talking to locals about the amazing work that Rotary is doing to assist in the eradication of Polio. The End Polio Ute, with an iron lung in tow, is on display this week outside St Augustine’s Church, Unley - all Clubs in Group 9 (District 9510) are taking it in turn this week to raise public awareness and raise funds in the effort to END POLIO. Thanks for your help today Ray Trenorden, Jeff, Tony, Emilie , Eric, Greg, Joseph Masika and Murray Hutchinson.

06.01.2022 What an interesting evening we had at our meeting tonight. Our Area Governor Di Clements challenged us to look at why we joined Rotary, why we continue to be Rotarians & what are the things we like about membership of the Rotary Club of Edwardstown. Everyone agreed that it was about the great international & community projects that we have been & are still involved in, the friendships we have made and the knowledge that we are making a difference.
