21.01.2022 As a Newtown resident and attending quite a few auctions around my area over the years I noticed that Ee Poh Ling always achieved very high prices for the properties she was marketing so I decided then that I would choose her to sell my property when the time arose. As well as that when I had a series of incompetent agents managing a rental property I own, one so incompetent that a kitchen cupboard disappeared without him noticing, I asked Ee to take over the management and f...ound her to be excellent. Thank you Jill and Eric, it is a pleasure to work with you both. 2020 I have known Poh Ling Ee for many years as a real estate agent in Newtown, a regular in the press, a top seller, a general real estate advisor and now as the managing agent for my Newtown property as I reside in Queensland. The rental market during the Covid period has been extremely difficult with reductions in rent, a lack of t...enants and general insecurity in investment real estate. Despite all of that when my rental property became vacant Ee was able to place new tenants. The old tenants finished on Friday and new tenants moved in on the following Monday. Albeit with a slight reduction in rent but a twelve month tenancy. I TOOK IT!! Ee you legend....hard work and dedication paid off for me. Otherwise as a managing agent her response is quick and in this climate it is important to be responsive as well as looking after the property owner. Ee doesn't advertise getting her clients by word of mouth and referrals as she says " if you need to advertise it shows ........" Eric
