24.01.2022 It was very exciting to hypnotise my youngest client recently. He was only 3 years old. It was very rewarding to help him at this early stage of his life.

21.01.2022 Most people are aware of the success hypnotherapy has on issues such as weight loss & quit smoking but there are far more applications. Hypnotherapy can be used to address a broad range of issues for both adults and children. Some children's issues include medical issues such as Enuresis (bed wetting) or pain; habits like nail biting or Trichotillomania (hair pulling); as well as issues at school such as memory and concentration. Fears and phobias can also be alleviated with ...the use of hypnotherapy. Having been a primary school teacher for 20 years, it seemed natural that I would specialise in working with children and teenagers as a hypnotherapist. Very quickly it became obvious to me that this demographic was a wonderful group to work with as they have vivid imaginations, so make wonderful hypnotic subjects. They are highly suggestible and generally make positive changes more quickly than adults. See more

06.01.2022 I am very excited with the results of the VIRTUAL GASTRIC BANDING sessions I have done with clients so far. They have ALL reported a reduction in the quantity they are eating and that they are doing it easily. It is much safer than the operation, but seems to still be VERY effective. The minds is a POWERFUL tool!

02.01.2022 WOW! Every now & then you do some training that is life changing. VIRTUAL GASTRIC BANDING training, with the world's leading expert, Sheila Granger, was one such training. I know hypnotherapy has a very high success rate and Sheila's four session program appears to have a 95% success rate! That is fabulous. She is about to undertake clinical trials in the UK to get the system approved by their equivalent to Medicare. Hopefully, that will flow on into our system too.
