To achieve this outcome, the following indicators should be demonstrated:... Risks to the organisation, including risks to participants, financial and work health and safety risks, and risks associated with provision of supports are identified, analysed, prioritised and treated. A documented system that effectively manages identified risks is in place, and is relevant and proportionate to the size and scale of the provider and the scope and complexity of supports provided. Support delivery is linked to a risk management system which includes: Incident Management; Complaints Management; Work Health and Safety; Human Resource Management; Financial Management; Information Management; and Governance Do you have all of this covered? 08.01.2022 The holiday season is finally here which means it's time to deck the halls, bring out the pudding and embrace all things merry and bright. And while we love Christmas, it's sometimes all too easy to get lost in the hustle and bustle of the holiday preparations. Chances are, your to-do list is as long as the big man's himself. Before Santa slips down the chimney, you've got Christmas cookies to bake, a Christmas tree to decorate, and so many gifts to buy. We can't blame... you if, by the time the big event finally arrives, all you want to do is collapse with a glass of eggnog and start a Christmas movie marathon. But wait! The holiday season is about so much more than festive decor and indulging the gimme gimmes it's a time to focus on celebrating family, friends and the little moments that bring you joy. Why not also take this time to recognise those more vulnerable in our communities, whilst the festive season can be incredibly joyous for most, it can also be a time of struggle for others.
