17.01.2022 Hello Team. We are running our first TOP DOG CHALLENGE for 2020. It is a 6 weeks weight loss challenge to motivate and keep clients accountable for reaching their desired weight. Let's work on our Summer-Iso body. The TOP DOG CHALLENGE starts 28th July 2020 and finishes on the 8th of September 2020. Conditions are - $25 entry for pot money - whoever loses the most bodyweight percentage takes all... - do 2 bootcamps per week or 1 PT - $10 penalty fee for gaining weight in every weekly weigh-in - adds to the pot money - must complete the 6 weeks or will have to pay the remainder of the challenge.
