16.01.2022 Weight loss tip number 1. For weight loss, take the weight you want to weigh and times it by 20 if youre a woman and 25 if youre a man. This gives you a daily calorie total to work with. If youre a user of processed food all the info is on the packets. Ultimately fresh produce from the fruit, veg, and butcher is best.

05.01.2022 Caffeine blocks your brains ability to create a chemical called adenosine. Adenosine is responsible for sleep regulation, your brain creates it to make you sleep. If you have coffee, or anything with caffeine in it, that includes chocolate, you then have to wait 6 hours for your brain to be able to create adenosine again. Generally, caffeine has health benefits, but once you go past 4 standard coffees a day it starts to become unhealthy. Your last caffeine hit should be 6 hours before you go to bed, this includes tea, tea has caffeine in it. Try this and you might start sleeping better. Good health folks.
05.01.2022 If you are drastically overweight and wanting to get in better shape try and avoid high impact exercises like running, jumping, and even jogging. Alternatively you can swim, row, or try my resistance training bootcamp for safer results.
