15.01.2022 For best results, water filter cartridges need to be replaced every 6-12 months. Environmental conditions have a dramatic impact on the effectiveness and life-span of a filter cartridge. Blocked filters have a huge impact on pump performance and water quality. Recently EP&I was called to a property which had a very noticeable reduction in water flow and pressure. After a few quick tests the filter was diagnosed as the problem. The filter was replaced and the housing cleaned.... Normal water flow and pressure was resumed. The 22 year old Davey pump is now able to do its job as good as the day it was installed. Due to the unprecedented situation we all find ourselves in, Efficient Pumps and Irrigation will now be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for Emergency Pump breakdowns and repairs. Our personnel are kept up to date and already following improved recommended health and ...safety measures and guidelines. The safety of our customers and staff is our greatest priority. At this time our "call out charge" will be waived, all work will be carried out at our normal hourly rate. Hopefully everyone can work together to protect the elderly and vulnerable members of our community at this time. Life will be a little different for most of us for a while but by working together and helping each other where we can, we will get through this.
