25.01.2022 If you want to stand out, this is what you need !!! Recently Mick gave us the pleasure of finishing off his replica GT40. Having just fitted a Borla Inductions 8 throttle intake manifold, Mick asked us to finish off the engine bay and tune the Motec M800 to suit the new intake manifold. This included removing and re fitting the complete exhaust for HPC coating, making custom teflon braid fuel lines and also a custom heat shield between the exhaust and the intake system.... We also plumed and wired in a stepper idle motor and setup wideband closed loop lambda control in the M800. See more

24.01.2022 Few goodies going in to a VL Calais were currently building for s customer. This engine will retain the stock n/a bottom end for now. Diff has been toughened up with a Harrop truetrac 3.9 gears and 31 spline billet axles. We have also carried out a manual conversion using a brand new R34 GT-T gearbox and twin plate clutch to support power goal. We will also be running this engine with a powerful Emtron KV8 to give us full control of this engine to keep it happy. ... More progress pics to come See more

23.01.2022 As well as data analysis, engine tuning, Emtron sales and support, we also offer engine harnesses for the ecus we sell. Here is a concentric twisted tefzel harness, wrapped in Raychem DR 25 for a single cam RB30. This was mated to a Motec C125 with provision for an Motec E888 to be fitted at a later date. Rubber boots have been fitted to all appropriate connectors instead of heat shrink or a raychem boot to aid serviceability.

23.01.2022 We had the pleasure to be involved in Anthonys 6 cylinder twin turbo Subaru. Featuring an Emtron KV8 with concentric twisted harness. Motec C125, Motec PDM 30 and Motec PDM 15. Everything in the car is wired and functional through the PDMs. ... With a standard bottom end, we used the Emtron torque calculation to limit engine torque to ensure engine longevity.

Primarily built for drag racing, traction was at a minimum however the event proved perfect for plenty of track time to sort out the tune and engine torque modeling. 12.01.2022 Last weekend we headed down to Grafton with the Heltaskelta Ski Race Team too continue the development with their twin turbo AMG powered ski race boat. Winning Mens Open and Unlimited 2 Up, the boat performed beautifully all weekend. With the extensive logging from the Emtron KV8 we are able to download logs after each race and continue to make changes to the engine torque to suit the the race, conditions and skiers.
