24.01.2022 After the Premier’s announcement this morning I can happily say we will be back up and running from tomorrow morning 5am. Please note masks are required to be worn while in the club.

23.01.2022 Body weight and bands (if you havent got one yet you really need to sort your life out ) Nothing cute just straight up 4 sets of 12 with 30 sec rest before moving on to the next exercise. Txt me if you dont have a band and need alternatives

19.01.2022 You should never be disheartened by weight loss of 0.3-0.5 kg per week. Dont let shows like The Biggest Loser or your friends in the early stages of fad diets warp your perception of what a successful week looks like. If you lose 0.3-0.5 kg per week each week for a year youll be around 20kg lighter! Bet you wont be disheartened then

Body weight training will only get you so far and doing bulk burpees in your lounge room is These bands are super versatile, Ill be sending our members videos on how to utilise them effectively, as well as some other ways to add resistance to your training to maintain that hard earned muscle

When you get knocked down, dust yourself off and keep going! With enough persistence youll get there in the end

Other measures we have in place are: Members must use towels at all times Wiping down equipment with alcohol wipes after use... All surfaces are cleaned after each session The entire club is drowned in glen20 after each session The door is kept open to avoid unnecessary handling No members displaying possible symptoms are permitted in the club Its been great to see everyone continuing to value their fitness while taking these measures seriously in order to keep the club operational during these trying times, Your ongoing support is much appreciated
