Her achievements to date include: being pain free, halting her rapidly declining bone density, being able to complete 1min of pushups on toes and getting off the floor unassisted. Susan has surpassed all my expectations, we are incredibly proud of her achievements and look forward to seeing what she will achieve in 2021. Well done!!!

06.01.2022 Martial Fitness is coming to EFM Health Clubs Footscray!!! The class draws on the basic principles of karate, Muay Thai & Japanese Ju-Jitsu and covers both attack & defense techniques. You will learn how to punch, kick and escape common holds & chokes. Times: Wednesdays 5 - 5:45pm & Fridays 6.15 - 6.45am Cost: Free for EFM members Classes commence 12th September, suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
