21.01.2022 MEMBER MILESTONE - 25 VISITS Congrats to Marika for completong 25 visits with us! Recently coming back after a few months off, she's brought her son Louie along for the fitness journey. Loving watching the two of them train together - and seeing the motivation and support for each other! The 'Congrats on 25' hug was awesome!!! ... Can't wait to see you both kicking some fitness goals in the coming months! Go Marika!!!



21.01.2022 Member Milestone Congratulations to Mark Curgenven for reaching 2000 sessions today . Curgs has been training with us for over 10 years with an average attendance of at least 4 times a week. Curgs consistency shows in his training because he gives every session and he doesn't expect recognition for his efforts. Curgs is a part of our Wednesday morning running group who regularly runs 5km + and then comes back to the gym to complete the daily workout. Curgs strength and endurance is a result of years of hard work and dedication. Well done mate, we have no doubt that you will clock up 3000 sessions in the near future .

Whilst there's been no change on the scales, the photos don't lie! The hard work has paid off!!! Next on the cards for Tania - a women's AFL grand final and then we focus on building strength. ... Tunde celebrated in style with her usual 1km run on the treadmill and she couldn't wait to use her 750th Milestone glass for a drink of water . Tunde comes in 3 lunch times a week and puts in 100% effort with the limited workout time that she has. We are sure that her hard work and dedication will get her into the big 1000 club very soon. Well done Tunde and now enjoy your holiday

16.01.2022 MEMBER MILESTONE - 250 VISITS Congratulations to Tania for hitting 250 visits this afternoon - with over 50 of these sessions happening online whilst we were closed. Not one to let anything stop her (not even a moonboot), she has trained daily for the last few months - fitting sessions in between football and netball. Those who train with Tania know she is quick to let everyone know what she thinks of the session and is a huge fan of recovering with a quick (or lengthy) lie down on the floor! Here's to continuing to build strength once the footy season is over!

Get in early and get it done . The session will be completely indoors with air-conditioning, plenty of cold water and ice blocks for post workout relief

Each person has been working their way to completing 3046 push ups each - including some days of over 200 push ups. Well done to the team and good luck to those who are smashing out the remainder of their target today. The finish line is in sight!
