19.01.2022 Hi guys We will be conducting outdoor training in the rear car park at EFM Glenelg tomorrow Wednesday 18th November normal times 6-10. 12-1 4-7pm. Please book in as normal we will be using mats, dumbbells, kettlebells etc but no big equipment etc from within the gym. ... There will be no coffee or hanging around at the club after your workout and we will ensure that 1.5 m distancing will be utilised at all times. Thursday 19th November and going forward for next two weeks or until we have been told otherwise the following will take place. Please note council will only allow us a maximum of 2.5hours at any site on certain days so we have to utilise 2 sites on Monday Wednesday and Friday mornings. We are also confined to our homes unless getting food or medical treatment. Hence we will not be able to deliver any outside sessions for the next 6 days or until we are told otherwise. The outdoor sessions were all organised and ready to go with Permits obtained today but this will be put in limbo ready for when we are allowed to start them again....
