24.01.2022 2021 is here and it's time to stop putting off starting on feeling more fit and awesome... Don't overthink it! Just start You'll feel better after your first session with the coaching crew here at EFM Hawthorn East... I'm darn sure about that ... Why we're different? - Each session is different: From the layout, the challenge and the great banter amongst our awesome community. Everytime you come in, you'll always walk out happier then when you came in - If we don't see you for a little while, you'll get a little message or call to see if you're ok. We will help you stay on track or work through any life tricky bits getting in the way of your goals. In workouts we will help you find areas you can safely challenge yourself to get the most out of each session. - We allow 15mins between each session to clean EVERY piece of equipment before you come in. Our amazing members have also nailed cleaning a social distancing to help everyone feel confident training together. - We have some absolute stellar humans training at our gym (seriously, they're a bunch of champions) and they are always so welcoming of new members joining our fitness family. We also throw shindigs and fun team events to keep everyone having fun outside the gym too! - Ok so this is just a bonus extra alongside our cheeky banter that makes training more fun and not so darn serious. 23.01.2022 This weeks challenge is..... A FITNESS TEST! The first part is to be done after a walk or some kind of warm up.... The second part is for you to accumulate as much of the 7hrs max we are allowed to do of walking or running outside this week. Have fun with this, challenge yourself and make sure you write down somewhere or even send through in a message to us how you went on your fitness test

We have been so proud of everyone who has managed to keep moving since we switched to online. Just remember, each session doesn't have to be a landmark even, it's all about finding a level you can work at to keep consistency. Because that's the key to progress

09.01.2022 It's a HUUUUGE day to celebrate today! This awesome fella Mark Lenga has hit his 2500th session!!! What can we say, this guy is truly the Consistency King ... Mark never shys away from a gym challenge and almost always ends up being top 3 ( Claire will often give him a run for his money) He is not only great at the exercise side of things, but he is a really great human and legendary teacher within Bialik College. We cannot congratulate and thank you enough for your loyalty and support through this tough lil patch and we appreciate everything you contribute to our lil gym community
