24.01.2022 IMPORTANT CLUB ANNOUNCEMENT: Regrettably under the new Federal Government restrictions EFM Angas St is CLOSED until further notice. Never fear though, we have your training needs covered and will be sending all the information through to keep you training very shortly.... Thank you to everyone for the messages and emails of support for myself and my team over the last 24 hours. I will certainly respond to you all individually asap. This is a very challenging time for everyone at the moment and your continued support means so much to all of us. We will come out of this bigger and better than ever!

I have 34km left to ride tonight so if you can spare a few dollars that would be awesome. And if you want to pedal with me Ill be spinning away at the RAH tonight at 8:30pm

12.01.2022 A MASSIVE Congratulations goes to one of SAC's finest in Shafiyat Prakash on reaching her 1000th visit with us last night. Shafi has been with us since May 2011 and she is an inspiration to her fellow teachers at SAC. When she is not travelling in the school holidays she is consistently in the club 2-3 times per week and keeps going from strength to strength. We love having her with us and look forward to what the next 1000 visits has in store for her. Keep up the awesome work Shafi and look forward to seeing your new jacket feature in the photos from your next overseas adventure! #EFMFIT

02.01.2022 IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATE EFM Angas St will be open tomorrow morning from 6am to 8:30am as normal Tonights Press Conference by the Prime Minister left us with some confusion as to where to from here. We are currently waiting on clarification from EFM Head Office as to what happens next.... Rest assured we still have your health and fitness as our top priority and have been putting together a series of videos and workouts that can be done in your own home while also exploring all options to continue to provide you all with the service you know and love. We will keep you posted as soon as further information comes to hand and thank you for your support and patience at this challenging time
