16.01.2022 This was copied from another passionate gym owner: And can I say I cried Before you send a how do I cancel my gym membership message today, please take a moments pause and consider that every single gym owner (and all the other businesses included) in Australia last night, are real people who sat on their couches listening to the PM tell them at the same time you heard about it, that the doors to their dreams and only income were to shut in 15hrs time. Just as I did, with ...tears pouring down my face. I doubt any sleep was had but today, because fear and negativity are not options available to leaders in the community, we all got up, smiles firmly in place and started planning our attack on riding this out, with strengthening and enriching our beloved members physical and mental health during this time being our number one priority. So please, just for the coming few days, give us a chance to breathe and get our heads around the new normal. We are the thinkers, the energisers, the givers, the performers, the ones that turn strangers into families, we are the ones that lift you up.
