17.01.2022 Excited to announce that after a much needed little break @germeinsisters have kicked off rehearsals and writing for 2020 With all that is going on in Australia right now it’s certainly being very hard to focus on music, watching the imagery and feeling so helpless, frustrated and sad at what these people, animals and the land have gone through is just heartbreaking This year as we are now based in the UK we’ll be skipping our annual East Coast Australia tour to do o...ne big show in our hometown of Adelaide on the 1st of March @lovethegov to raise funds for bushfire relief for local animal rescue and fire rescue charities to help them with supplies and relief they need during this time and for the future I’ll be selling some art on the night, along with prints and painted drum skins from @germeinsisters which will also be available online to purchase for our overseas and interstate following Posters and more info as well as announcement of our special opening act coming soon Tickets available via our website www.germeinsisters.com Hope to see you there See more

01.01.2022 So sad to hear the news of the passing of our dear friend Dieter from Germany This lovely man was our neighbour in Germany for 3 weeks this year while we were doing @cooleschule German version Even though we both couldn't speak much English to each other him & his wife were always so sweet having us over to use the internet , do washing and supporting our music We were honoured to play at his birthday while we were there, he was such a beautiful soul , a lover of anima...ls and always creating things, a kind respected member of the community that will no doubt be dearly missed Rest in Peace dear man Xx @germeinsisters & @billiejoy Here is a portrait drawing I did of Dieter for his birthday even though we couldn't understand him our guide & his good friend Oliver always said he had a cheeky personality and great sense of humour , sad we won't see him next year but wishing all his family and friends our love & sympathy xx See more
