25.01.2022 Speaking of good brands and being our 20th anniversary and all. Heres one were rather proud of and you can grab a six pack tonight and say "Cheers Egg, nice one!"

25.01.2022 If its possible to love a bank, then it should be a legal right to therefore marry a bank. Following this line of logic then it should be possible to subsequently divorce the bank if you fall out of love with the bank and split the assets 50/50?

25.01.2022 Lured with the promise of cup cakes Paul attended the launch of the new logo, name and brand for Helping Minds (formerly Arafmi). He spoke for about ten minutes and showed a short presentation to staff and carers explaining the design process and rationale. After 40 years as Arafmi it was a big but necessary step for the organisation to take. There was a lot of sentimentality and fond memories with the old brand and the key to success required the branding team (led by Sue at Arafmi) to recognise, engage and involve key stakeholders. We wish them every success in the new NDIS era. At Egg we're looking forward to helping apply the brand and 'bed' it in throughout the organisation. Helping Minds have a great story and we can't wait to help tell it!

24.01.2022 This morning we were invited to attend Foodbank WA's Volunteer Award presentation for the Perth region. Geoff Bank won the gong and has been volunteering with Foodbank for the past 20 years. It's inspiring to see and work with people like Geoff who is passionate about helping people in need, get a feed!

24.01.2022 Just sent a happy snap of the new graphics on Foodbanks new Fruit van. Kids and parents at schools around Perth metro area will see this van dropping boxes of fresh fruit that will be given away each day. So fresh, so now!

23.01.2022 Well, we're back from break and already our noses are to the grindstone with a couple of new clients needing some magic. We are putting together an investor presentation with After FX for one and some maps need some love to really get some attention. Hope everyone had a great break and see you in 2014.

23.01.2022 Having driven past them for years I thought it was time to stop and have a look and a read. You'll see these poles dotted along Stirling Highway with one just outside our office. Many moons ago we had trams in Perth which ran up and down the Highway and I'm sure many lament they are no more....dam you Melbourne for having cool trams!

23.01.2022 A couple of shots form Raine Square coming your way. How about that large rat? I mean squirrel. Poor person will be shedding some kilos on a day like today.

23.01.2022 We are progressing with work helping one of Tanzanias leading building and civil construction companies develop its profile. After a brief stay there last year scouting shot locations we are beginning to see some of the professionally taken photos. Many we will use on the new website and other promotional materials. Here is a cracker of Dar es Salaams skyline. Note that many of the high-rise building were built by our client. About 20ks off the coast lies Zanzibar.

23.01.2022 Today Ernst and Young hold their annual golf day followed by a gala dinner and silent auction. Funds raised go to Foodbank WA. We were invited to sponsor a hole and this morning dropped a display out there next to the registration desk. Emma from EY's kindly offered to move it in tonight to be in the main room. Good luck FBWA, hope you raise heaps!

21.01.2022 Its great to see the Fruit Van out and about. Great job Cara!

18.01.2022 Thank to Social Media Perth for a great event last night. We were lucky to hear from Rob Nixon who runs the enormously successful Nicko's Kitchen. He shared the tips, secrets and brand success of what has now become a full time job making an engaging Youtube cooking show with over over 150 millions views, 750,000 subscribers and published over 650 cooking episodes. http://www.youtube.com/user/robjnixon

15.01.2022 A day in the life of a graphic design business owner. 1. drop off tender in funky travel trunk to go with theme of 'the big expedition of discovery' 2. Delivery Carnaby cockatoo mascot (designed by Egg and built by Character Creations) to Serpentine Jarrahdale Community Centre, who then proceeded to insist I demonstrate it! 3. Deliver large novelty cheque for 26k to Civmec for them to give to their charity recipient. Can't say the day wasn't interesting!

15.01.2022 Just set up a display for Asia Iron Australia for a conference at Perth Hyatt called the Mid-west Alliance Conference

14.01.2022 Well, its one year today since we helped SCEE launch their new brand at the AOG Conference. Changing a logo always splits opinions but it was rewarding to see rusted-on supporters of the old come round to the new. Happy Brand Birthday SCEE.

14.01.2022 It's always good to get to know the people you work with. Little known fact today: Paul used to be a weightlifter. Here is a competition photo which shows two things: His figure hugging suit and our prowess in Photoshop.

10.01.2022 Took some cans into Raine Square for the Foodbank WA 'carry-a-can' and good to see Perth people getting on board despite the heat....it's hot, dam hot!

10.01.2022 Just shared a Billy Bragg video with our awesome bookkeeper to be asked if I had inserted her name in the song. If I had a time machine it would be a cool trick, but alas, Shirley was always there. http://youtu.be/HiGpZEBrt9E

06.01.2022 We are currently completing some really great animation work for a start-up company that is developing a cool support tool for parents trying to manage their children's online access both in and outside the home. Being in this space raises your awareness on issues relating to cyber-bullying and hearing this fellow on the radio this morning provides some added insight and well worth a look for parents looking for guidance. http://www.michaelcarr-gregg.com.au/index.shtml Our client is launching soon and we will have some samples of the animation to show-off.

02.01.2022 Thanks to Cara for slaving her fingers to the bone to purchase a birthday cake for Sarah. Happy Birthday Hammy.

02.01.2022 Last night we were lucky to be invited to attend the annual Dine for Life event. After a delightful meal we gathered for the after-party and here's Paul cosying up with some fellow diners.

01.01.2022 Had a lovely Christmas party today at The Old Swan Brewery and only a few calls from clients to manage. The food and company was great and winning the Ashes was a bonus.

01.01.2022 Woodlands Primary School 50th Anniversary is this year. Cara put together this fresh, clean logo for them that incorporates the tree from their parent logo.
