25.01.2022 Before and after! How amazing do these new gates look, adding style and more importantly extra security for the home. Thanks to our wonderful clients for booking with EGL - New homes & Renovations, it was a pleasure!

24.01.2022 This boundary wall was recently completed by EGL. Its added security, extra space and created a modern look for the house. This job required council approval, footings, brickwork, electrical work, rendering, painting and slats to complete its look.

20.01.2022 Before and after! Check out this kitchenette and bathroom renovation, it has completely changed this space, creating a more modern and functional space.

20.01.2022 Another project just completed!! Check out the before and after below This wall extension required concrete footings prior to the brickwork being extended, the brick piers were reinforced with steel rods and concrete core-filled.

20.01.2022 A minor wall modification completed over a couple of nights for Lollipops Playland - Jandakot for their new Build a Bear workshop. We removed the original wall, framing and window. Evenings were prime time for the busy play centre and we were more than happy to help regardless of time! This completed job created a much larger space for the clients requirements for their new business venture.

19.01.2022 Before and After We removed this interior window and installed a new stud frame, gyprock, ready for the owner to paint. A simple change has made all the difference to this room.

19.01.2022 Before, progress and after photos of a just completed renovation. This job included a structural wall removal which required the roof to be re-structured internally to support the changes. We love how much of a difference a small change can make to an area!

16.01.2022 Another renovation completed, we turned this old, outdated carport into a spacious extra bedroom for this lovely family. The finished look is completed with a fresh sand finish render, ready for the client to paint.

11.01.2022 Before and after of a recent minor home improvement. Matt removed this glass corner window, has installed a new window and built up the brickwork to suit the new sized window. All left over construction rubble and window was taken for disposal as part of this job as would be the same for each and every job we do!

10.01.2022 We teamed up with Swan Carpentry WA Pty Ltd to build this alfresco extension. We absolutely love this finished look, it has come just in time for Christmas outdoor entertaining

09.01.2022 All in a days work! 8000 pavers removed and stacked in a skip, preparing for a full backyard overhaul. The site supervisor even popped in for lunch. Its great to have the local communities support behind us!

09.01.2022 Check out this transformation! We removed this wall and added some extra piers to create a new opening for rear access, then installed the roller door. Thanks Ben for having us!
