20.01.2022 Announcement! EH Therapy is still open for business with some changes. We take these latest concerns seriously and we take every precaution to protect our clients. EH Therapy offers one on one appointments, we offer hand sanitiser, and we disinfect our office before and after every client. ... During this time EH Therapy offers extra session for anxiety, germaphobia, and meditation for stress.

15.01.2022 EH Therapy is now offering Hypno-Meditation as a new service. Hypno-meditation is a style of meditation which incorporates techniques and strategies from hypnotherapy. It can be used as a mindfulness meditation to help with stress or help with sleep, or it can be tailored to help with issues around anxiety, fear, and self-doubt. Please feel free to enquire about hypno-meditation or any of our other services.

14.01.2022 COVID-19 has shown us just how anxious and fearful people can be. It’s an example of how a mindset can spread from person to person and throughout a society. Humans are generally an anxious/fearful species; this is part of the survival circuitry within our brain. However, it’s important that you don’t let other people’s fear infect you. Feel and listen to your anxieties, but do not give into them. Giving into your fears and anxiety will only reinforce them. Giving into fear... today may lead to an anxiety disorder tomorrow. COVID -19 will make you sick for a week or two but people who have anxiety disorders can suffer for years. Having said all this, it’s perfectly fine and rational to take precautions, e.g. wash hands, avoid unnecessary contact, and stay clear of the elderly and at risk. EH Therapy is still open for business; I also take precautions by washing my hands and disinfecting my office before every client.
