08.01.2022 #Crohns and #Anxiety Lynn’s story: I am 6 months into #Plexus, and I am feeling amazing!... For those of you that do not know, I was #diagnosed with #Crohn's #Disease 20 years ago. I was extremely #sick and lost 25 #pounds in just a few short weeks. I could not eat anything or do anything. Fast forward 3 years, and the doctors told me that I would have to change my #career (#teacher) because of the #stress and how it would affect my #health. I did not listen to them obviously and tried to get better. The next year I had many painful and horrible procedures done so they could try to figure out how to treat my #symptoms. The following year I had 12 inches of my #intestines removed. Because of the the location that was removed, my body struggles with a lot of deficiency in many different things. I was #miserable, #exhausted and in tons of pain. This continued for the next 12 years. So my Plexus journey started back in January when Jessica first started talking about Plexus. I was a HUGE skeptic at first. Finally, in April I decided to join the Plexus Journey!!!! My WHY for joining Plexus is because I am a mom of three busy kids who are involved in numerous activities, a full-time teacher, and I have Crohn's Disease. Within the first week and half of starting Plexus, my energy was through the roof. I was sleeping better and my anxiety levels were normal.
