18.01.2022 What is your body trying to tell you? Your body is quite amazing with how smart it is. It is constantly communicating with us, but are we listening? I know I am constantly. I also listen on behalf of my clients and offer insight and mind-body wisdom with each consultation. ... It is with this wisdom that we can become more in-tuned to our body and be in a position of power to change and heal. Physical ailments manifest from our emotions. Stress can cause cells to mutate just as emotions can heal cells. Speaking of Heal... @netflixanz @thehealdocumentary offers some amazing insight into these theories. MUST WATCH TV, besides what else you doing this week Perth peeps?? @brucelipton has also spent decades researching for those of you scientific types that needs science and data for validation. 14.01.2022 Anyone here white sage their space? In a nutshell it’s helpful in clearing away all the negative energy that accumulates in your house. Bad vibes be gone!!... White sage is readily available now, no longer from the underground world of witches!!! So, how do you use it? Light up the sage. Extinguish the sage so there is a billowing of smoke. Walk around the house filling the space with the smoke. TIP..you may need to blow gently on the sage to keep it ignited or relight it a few times during the process. If you’re aiming for spiritual enlightened goddess of the year you can also ask for the space to be cleared and set new intentions for the space, like ‘please allow peace and harmony to flow freely in this space’. Saging in the morning and evenings is best practice, but so as not to put too much pressure on ourselves, something is always better than nothing. Of course the lazy person’s version of saging is to use incense sticks or cones. I use incense every day, placed in pot plants throughout the house and let them gently do the clearing and save the white sage for when I feel the space needs that little bit more attention, but I do always sage after each client so that they each have their own sacred space for healing Happy vibes to you all!!
