23.01.2022 The best strategy to nurture your email list is: Value Value Pitch... Value Value Pitch This builds trust & integrity. Giving huge value increases brand and sales.

18.01.2022 Okay, I can’t stay silent about this anymore... And this is seriously eating up huge budgets.. Advertising. ... Yep.. it’s a dirty word to some and to others.. money bags. So what makes these two different? Well it’s simple: Direct response. The difference between sending someone directly to a sale with clear a call to action, rather than sending them to omnipresence. I see this day in and day out while I’m on Instagram, mainly with boosted posts. And I get it. As a business, you’ve got to do it. No arguments there. It is one way to get exposure, yes. But if I see another boosted post from a business on the other side of the country I am going to have to pour myself another drink. Facebook is taking that boost money and serving your ads to people that are not potential clients and could never be. And it’s super unfair for the business owners. Good news though! There is a free simple fix to this. I would highly suggest learning the Facebook business manager. There is a free course that Facebook puts out. It’s called the Facebook Blueprint. In Facebook’s free training, it will show you exactly how to use their platform, efficiently. This will empower you to serve your ads to real, potential customers in your area either that or you could invest in an Advertising Agency. But if you HAVE to boost, my biggest, most important piece of advice, is to change the boost objective to ‘Your Direct Message’. Too many times I see just the simple ‘View Instagram Account’ call to action on ads throughout Instagram. And that’s not going to achieve much. Sure, people will see your posts but.. You are there for business.. to make money, not for show and tell. By sending them to your direct messages, you’re instantly inviting them to connect and start a conversation with you. This will increase the chances of them buying from you tenfold. Now, I don’t condone boosting posts but if you HAVE to, make this small change to get yourself a higher return on that ad spend. Compare the difference and let me know how much money it generates you. Then once you implement that strategy using the Facebook Business Manager... Ooooh man, that’s where the magic happens! Anyway, thank you all for listening/reading. I hope this post was of value to some of you. What else do you struggle with in the realms on client acquisition? Let’s keep the conversation going in the comments! Cheers, Mike. Also, how beautiful is Brisbane

14.01.2022 It’s been some time since I’ve had a mastermind with this one. Everyone needs someone close to them to mastermind with and share ideas often. I personally need someone to ground my actions and bring me back to reality or help me see the obvious problems and/or solutions that I’m facing. ... Advice for the soul: find somewhere that is close to water, and stay there for at least 1 day. This will allow you to clear your thoughts and meditate on your business. I suggest also taking 1 book to read, switch off your phone and keep away from electronic. This clears the air and allows you to focus. Ever wondered why the best thoughts come to you while you’re in the shower? There’s just something about water, relaxation and meditation that brings clarity for me when I’m stuck. Hope this helps, if you got value tag a friend - oh and don’t forget to jump on my high value email list, link in bio. Follow @technicallymike for more personal styled posts like these

12.01.2022 Imagine sending value/sales emails to your list, but it never actually reaching their inbox... Now... When they say 'The money is in the list' - they mean it, especially going into 2020. ... It's a proven fact that it's ten times easier and FAR cheaper to make sales from you existing list, compared to cold traffic. So with this in mind.. I've set out to settle the score once and for all: What is the best autoresponder for email? Well, all that really matters is getting into the inbox. So I've spend the past week, literally testing EVERY single email autoresponder software and looking at their deliverability. And boy... so many contenders.. I've found that there are 2 at the top for deliverability and another not far behind for features. Thankfully I was able to find a infographic backed up by stats on deliverability. Based on the following image, the top contenders for hitting the inbox are: 1. ActiveCampagin 2. SendInBlue 3. Mailchimp Stats like this are controlled by mail providers like Gmail, Outlook & Yahoo so as things develop over time - these are likely to change. But if you are getting into email marketing - which btw ALL businesses should be doing.. My preferred is ActiveCampaign Who do you use?
