20.01.2022 Senseless - the third of Kris Anderson's #appa2017 prints and the subject of yesterday's Facebook Live session. Here's Kris: "More and more, I find it very easy to disappear in to the alternate reality of my phone. News, social media, email, shopping, recipes, ... cat videos... When you've had a massive day and you just want to zone out, it's the place to go. Sometimes I realise that I've been deep in to that phone reality for a little while, and completely missed what was go...ing on with the actual important stuff - family. These kids are only little for so long, only at home for so long, only in your everyday for so long... and as much as one might want to escape reality for a bit, I don't want to turn around and find out that I've missed them. A few years back, my old friend Stefan Cooper-Fox (who I have performed with for decades) was managing a studio, and brought me in to teach me about studio lighting and assist on a shoot. At the last second, he pulled a switcheroonie and it was my shoot with him assisting. Stefan has been one of my photography mentors, and I'm pretty excited to be able to include him and his fantastic family in this shoot. If you think sitting is easy, try sitting without moving for 90 minutes, eventually letting someone pour cold water on you, before finally allowing you to even turn your head a little bit. Stefan, Laurene - thank you :) As with the other prints, thank you @shanemccafferyportraits for your masterful printing, and the 1-2 combo of @epsonaust printer and @cansonpaper to make a gorgeous print. This print was part of the 2017 Australian Illustrative Photographer of the Year portfolio, sponsored by @eizo_apac. This print is a great example of one that benefitted from using an Eizo; without one, it would have been impossible to ensure the shadow detail was maintained for the print, and I'm certain it reduced the edit-print-adjust cycle a great deal. It's definitely shortened my edit-print-adjust cycle. I appreciate that colour and tone are uniform from corner to corner, and the automatic calibration means one less thing to do. I wasn't expecting my eyestrain to be lessened when I switched, but the difference w...as noticeable." " || Warriors || Sur le sol les empreintes et dans l’air les odeurs, d’un pas lourd et sans crainte elles seront bien à l’heure. Tous leurs sens affutés, chaque griffe aiguisée, elles préparent en secret un assaut organisé. Point de mot ni même de regard, chacune d’elle sait où aller. Sur trois chemins elles se séparent, collimateur commun enclenché. La proie ne voit rien venir, Les herbes hautes sont un danger. Les lionnes avancent sans faillir, Position basse, muscles bandés. Le sort choisit différemment et le vent tourne en un instant, la proie s’enfuit car elle sent les lionnes proches maintenant. Dans ce moment un peu troublant, la savane est malicieuse, elle modifie les éléments et rend parfois la fin heureuse. Tout cela n’est qu’un point de vue et la proie partie en courant, laisse les lionnes bien déçues et leur gros ventre gargouillant. Dans la Nature, ce bel écrin si dangereux la fin joyeuse n’existe pas. Pour ces êtres qui pour survivre font au mieux rester en vie est le seul choix. Belle journée à tous ! 13.01.2022 Presenting Colourclass Namibia - Magnificent Landscapes and Majestic Wild Animals Watch now - https://www.youtube.com/watch Episode 1 - The equipment... The team, comprising of Christian Ohlig (Colour Management Expert - EIZO), Alexander Heinrichs (Alexander Heinrichs Photographie) and Stephan Klein (hunderteins GmbH), takes an Air Namibia flight from Frankfurt, Germany to Windhoek, Namibia. From there we drive to our first port of call for accommodation, the Sossus Dune Lodge in the Namib-Naukluft National Park. High time to get our equipment ready for action: The photos and videos in this Colourclass are taken using cameras and lenses from the Sony series. The tripods and panorama heads from Novoflex give our cameras the necessary stability for panoramic photography, astrophotography, and time-lapse photography, for which we have the LRT PRO Timer from Gunther Wegner. We use the EIZO ColorEdge CS2740 monitor, meaning that ideal, color-accurate production conditions onsite are guaranteed. Our insert filters are now even easier to handle since we are using the M10 filter holder from Haida, and with Ricoh's Theta Z1, we have a powerful panoramic camera at our fingertips.

From here we drive south back into the Namib-Naukluft National Park. The Namib nuzzles up to the Atlantic Ocean here. We explore the dunes of the Namib desert, which are bright yellow here, on a safari in an all-terrain vehicle. We photograph countless seals, flamingos and pelicans at Pelican Point near Walvis Bay. Time-lapse photography is the first... stage when transitioning from still photography to shooting video. These video clips are composed of 25 individual frames per second. Our hunderteins filmmaker Stephan Klein explains how it works in this episode. To do so, we use the LRT PRO Timer and LRTimelapse, a software program by Gunther Wegner. The ‘Living Desert’ tour has shown us that even the sandy desert, which for all intents and purposes appears to be dead, is teeming with life."

The goal, which was established in the fiscal year 2018 and originally set to be achieved by 2030, is on course to be met 9 years earlier than expected. You will notice the alert pop up on your Mac, and it is tempting to click on it. DON'T. At least not yet. ... Most hardware that fits into your workflow is not compatible yet. The hard facts of your data usage on ca...rbon emissions is something I feel many are oblivious to. Every website, every streaming service, all your data stored by anything online burns coal. No matter how sustainable you think you are. You are contributing. Power usage of data in Australia. Australian households are using more data than ever before. According to NBN Co, over 12 months between June 2018 and June 2019, consumption of data on the nbn has increased by almost 25%. In June 2019 alone, Australia used a staggering 1.35 billion GB of data, dominated by video streaming services. 1350000000 GB This paper 0193-000409.pdf.
