08.01.2022 HOW TO BID AT AN AUCTION There are five simple ways to bid at EJ Ainger: 1. In person - join us at our showroom (433 Bridge Road, Richmond) and fill in a bidding card, this will have your bidding number for the auction printed on it. Simply detached the bidding number and raise this when you place your bid during the auction.... 2. Live Online - register, if you have not already done so, with BidsOnline www.bidsonline.com.au and you will receive a six-digit bidding number that will be your permanent number when bidding with Ainger anytime in the future, online or in person. Sign into our current catalogue once the auction has opened and place your bids live as your lots come up for sale. 3. Pre-Bid Online - ensure you are registered with BidsOnline and sign into our current catalogue prior to the commencement of the auction. Leave a maximum bid on the lots of interest and if yours is the highest bid, you are the winner. 4. Telephone Bid - register to bid via telephone with an Ainger staff member by calling the office on (03) 9428 2850 prior to the start of the auction and leaving your details. A representative will call you just before the lot comes up for sale and guide you through what is happening in the showroom and place your bids as requested. Telephone bidding is free of charge in all auctions. 5. Absentee Bid - leave your maximum bid prior to the auction and an Ainger staff member will bid on your behalf and attempt to win the lot at the lowest price possible within your bidding limit.
