It fights inflammation, lower blood sugar, alleviate arthritis and anti tumor properties. Reishi is the queen of relaxation, supporting the adrenals. She is a student of Naturopathy, loves all things nature and plants. Dancing at feativals is her thing. Jen has been an Eka customer for many years, so the transition has been very smooth as she has confidently stepped into Nitesh's shoes. These delicious lemon cheesecake bliss balls are her creation in the first week.
