11.01.2022 One question I get a lot is... Which one is best for my business? I have learnt on and used MYOB for years, learnt Xero at University and have been using it a lot more of recent and I have also taught myself to use Quickbooks. They all do the same thing, but differently. Every business is different and requires some things more than others. For small business and sole traders, I would recommend Quickbooks. It is cost effective and super easy to learn and use. Great for contra...ctors to send a quick invoice whilst they are still on the job. MYOB and Xero are more ideal for companies, bigger businesses and those who have multiple businesses. The costs of each vary depending on how many employees you have.
