24.01.2022 Working on line has its perks - gym and then a chai at my favorite local cafe

21.01.2022 MY WHOLE BODY IS CHANGING Many of you know I have had an auto immune condition since I was 12 - that's 50 years!!! And you know I have been doing alot ...of different things of late One of which is drinking Electrolysed Reduced Water There is research out there that says - in my case I need to drink alot of this water each day - some say 100% of my body weight. A week ago I increased to 4 litres. I look different - younger, clearer, brighter And I feel different - less soreness in my whole body - my muscles feel more energised - emotionally stronger & focused I am uplifting my mindset too - because I want to & you can't do one without the other! My vision is clear, crystal actually - just like the water I drink In Australia, we cannot make medical claims against anything. We can say that something might assist. I took Western medication as a child and teenager that caused so much harm and did little to help me. I wasn't told of the side affects. Today this is different, but the side affects are still there. I am loving what I am doing & I can see myself how I want to be now, for the first time ever!! Message me if you want to know more or if I can help you

19.01.2022 REFLECTIONS OF OURSELVES?? I am letting go of the version of me that no longer serves me. The one that presents one face 'out there' and hides the yucky stuff u...nderneath. The first stage of letting go is awareness. Today I had an in-my-face reflection of this version I am getting rid of. And, I didn't like what I saw - dismissive & judgmental It was so good to realise that this person who came out in judgment was a reflection of a part of me. It is so easy to judge them in return before even contemplating Why you have been triggered? Because you are looking in the mirror. So I thank that person for helping me with this. 17.01.2022 CREATING BEFORE IT HAPPENS Train tacks have been built long before the train was intended for that route. Many cultures for thousands of years give thanks for s...omething long before it happens - like rain. So many of us nowadays in our busy and built-up lives have lost this ability, or are not aware of its existence. Do we teach our children to create what they want and be grateful for it before it happens? I have heard some people talk about vision boards. Giving thanks is very different. 15.01.2022 LET THE TRAIN GO PAST WITHOUT GETTING ON As is always the case when you are stepping into being the greatest version of yourself in every way - you will keep b...eing challenged to let go of old patterns over and over until the new neural pathways are well used and familiar to our brains. Recently, I had some very painful old patterns surface. Someone I do some work with said to me, "Just stand there firmly - in it - and let the train go past. Just focus on watching it go right past." Doesn't mean you don't honour your feelings - it does mean that you don't get on the train and take that old familiar ride!

14.01.2022 WATER WATER WATER Each day I have been drinking 4 litres of my electrolysed reduced water I am astounded how much I am changing and improving. My joints ar...e beginning to feel lighter - they normally feel and have always felt tight with my Rheumatoid Arthritis even when I am not in a flare up. My energy is clear & vital & so focused. I know that I am also as you are all aware, working on 'me', but this energy and physical shift is different as I have been working on 'me' for a long time. I will gradually increase to 5 litres - look out body!!!

14.01.2022 Remember to have fun as you climb your mountain of greatness I was talking to a dear friend, in fact the woman who introduced me to the incredible ...on line space that I work in - the one that has and is making me and my life do a 360 turnaround so that my focus is first on my inner reality to then create my outer world of freedom and fun! Yes FUN - and this is what my friend and I were discussing What if work was fun? What if your days began with whatever makes your heart sing for a couple of hours? - a walk along the beach when the world is still quiet and a bit sleepy What if your work helped change people's lives as it has mine? And at the same time - you had fun - you continually uplifted yourself to a place of joy What if your business colleagues supported, motivated, inspired - laughed and cried with you as you grew your business? 10.01.2022 WHY AM I CHANGING SO MUCH? I see a clarity and a vision now for myself and my life that I have never seen before. That's pretty dammed amazing... as I am 62! I feel alive, connected to who I really am and how I am capable of helping people. I have climbed my mountain, on my own. I know how to get across difficult terrain, how to 'unstick' yourself when you think you can't - when you have had enough and you want to give up - when you have this nagging feeling of emptiness that surfaces at night as you go to sleep and when you wake up - when you know there is more to life - or when you just can't take that next step. I know how to get you there. More coming on this soon. I work with motivated, switched-on people who love life, who love, like I do, being able to help others create positive and lasting change in their lives - emotionally, physically and financially. I get to be and to work with people who take responsibility for where they are in their life and change it, instead of accepting the status quo whatever that maybe. Or, instead of blaming things outside of you that you think are out of your control. It is hard to take that first step in what we want or want to let go of. As I write this my kitten is on the kitchen table gradually pushing off all of my books and business things onto the floor - guess he is having his say!!! Elissa

07.01.2022 THE MOST INCREDIBLE ON LINE SPACE I just had an on line meeting with my collective team of thousands of people in Australia and many other countries ...around the world. I realise that I don't share enough with my facebook friends how extraordinary my business is on so many levels How I wouldn't be doing the work I am on myself and changing in the way that I am if I didn't have all of the mindset and beliefs training and offerings that is unlimited How my physical health wouldn't be improving in the way that it is because of the products I have access to - like electrolysed reduced water How I wouldn't have met so many generous, talented switched-on, energised & motivated people from around the globe to interact with - to collaborate with - to learn from - to be inspired by - and to inspire them with my journey Well, it is time for me to hit the 'go' button And unleash my fire everyone I am going to do be doing a live series with a friend & business partner on FB to educate all of you on just how epic our business & products are and how we both have embraced them & the extraordinary changes that have taken place for us. 06.01.2022 THIS IS HOW MY HANDS LOOK! After 50 years of Rheumatoid Arthritis I have been ashamed of how they look for many years and would go to great lengths to hide them... from people - oddly, mostly those who didn't know me. What I found most difficult, was people staring and talking about my hands. I spent 30 years of my life with a man who was a medical practitioner, so I was often in what I felt was excruciating situations (dinners) with other doctors. You can imagine. My feet look worse and I am now restricted to limited runners and shoes because my arches have completely collapsed and I walk on bone. WHY AM I SHARING THIS WITH YOU? Because I have hidden it away for too long. Because being open and honest is the anecdote to SHAME. Because my Rheumatoid is where my gifts are - what I have learned about my life, why I got sick as a child, how I made a decision to change, to find another way to live, to make choices, to take responsibility rather than blaming, to work bloody hard for many years, to continue to be emotionally responsible. To lead myself out of a pretty shitty hole by being determined and never ever giving up. AND TO LOVE MY HANDS & FEET Now - I have so many choices each day when I wake - so many possibilities. I look after my body and I am grateful for it, for my deformities. Yes, I have days when I want to go down a familiar old pathway - but I am getting so quick now at recognising the warning signs, pausing, reflecting and changing course. If you feel that you want to reach out to know how I keep myself on course please do. I have a great deal of wisdom now and it needs to be shared with others to inspire change. Much love.
