I am offering two new classes via Zoom Online Live - a Yoga Nidra - Relaxation class on Wednesday evenings at 8pm for 30 minutes and a Saturday morning Yoga for Everyone class at 9am to 10am. This will enable you to stay at home nice and warm and still come to my class. Just let me know if you are interested and I will send you an invite. From the 15th June the current Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am Zo...om classes will change to classes at the Tranmere Hall. There will be no Zoom class on Monday 8th. 15.01.2022 Exciting News! Face To Face Yoga Classes restart on Monday 15th June. You will need to bring your own yoga mat and props. You can use a small blanket or large towel as a bolster and extra padding. Before entering the hall you will need to use the Hand Sanitiser on the chair outside the door. There will also be a checklist asking if you have any Flu like symptoms.... Please do not attend if you have any Flu like symptoms as I will not be able to let you in. There will be tape marks on the floor to help you place your mat so that the correct physical distance can be maintained. Please keep the 1.5 metre physical distancing whilst waiting before and after class. 06.01.2022 Breathing Tree Yoga Online Live Stream Yoga Classes Starting next week 6th April on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 9:00 to 10:15am I will conquer my fear of getting in front of a camera and teach Yoga For Everyone classes. If you would like additional classes such as Chair Yoga or Yoga Nidra Relaxation Classes or Yoga Flow any suggestions let me know.... If you are interested all you need to do is send me a private message with your current email address and I can send you an invite by email. What you need is a computer or tablet that you can see me on as I would be a bit small to watch on a phone. Preferably one with a camera and microphone. Most laptops and tablets have them. This is so I can hear and see you too. If you only want to see me then you don’t need them, and if you have them you can turn them off. Classes will be offered online by ZOOM using a live camera. It just takes a few moments to download & familiarise yourself with ZOOM. You can sign up at www.zoom.us/signup I am offering classes on a pay what you can afford option as I appreciate that a lot of people have limited funds at the moment. I want everyone to be able to access my classes. If you have paid for a 5 class pass and would like to use this just let me know. If you would like to do a bank transfer I can let you know my bank details. If you would like me to keep a record of the classes you attend and you pay me when this is all over that’s fine too. To attend class you will need to let me know at least 30 minutes before the class begins so I can send you an invite to the ZOOM ‘meeting’. The session will ‘open’ 15 mins before the class begins. You just need to click the link to the ZOOM 'meeting' in your email. You can chat to each other before the class starts. When the class starts please set your microphone to 'mute' to minimise background noise and distractions. And Enjoy

05.01.2022 Hello Everyone, I am very happy to announce that I will be able to resume teaching yoga in person and massaging from the 15th June 2020! YaY! The current Online Live Zoom Yoga Classes are going well. They are on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9am.... Let me know if you would like an invite. Would you be interested in a Wednesday Evening Online Live Zoom Yoga Class? What time suits you? Would you prefer another evening? I will continue the Online Live Yoga Classes on Monday mornings and the evening class if people are interested. Now this is our fresh start - I would like your input into the type of yoga class and the days and times you would prefer. Here is a list of ideas of classes:- - Yoga for Everyone class - gentle, adaptable mix. - Vinyasa Flow Class - 30 to 45 mins - maybe lunch time - Online or at the hall? - Relaxation, Release and Meditation - 30 to 45 mins - Online or at the hall? - Pumped Up Yoga with Weights - Yoga Oaks - Chair Yoga - any other suggestions.... All of these classes can be delivered at the Tranmere Hall or at my home or Online. Please let me know your preference on the type of class, time and day. I am now open to take Massage bookings with appointments available from the 15th June 2020. I charge $70 per hour or $60 concession. Massages are conducted at my home in Howrah.
