23.01.2022 élan's Caribbean Flavours would LOVE to Officially introduce "Jerk it up" HOT sauce - this sauce is a HOT, spicy, mouthful of INTENSE flavours melded together by the Caribbean spices and "Hotness" from the Jamaican Scotch Bonnet Pepper. This sauce is ideal as a wet rub marinade for barbecued or grilled poultry, pork, fish, meats, vegetables OR as a condiment and is a great addition to a sandwich!! Jamaican JERK : a style of cooking fragrant, tasty and 'spicy' food!
