22.01.2022 We all know that earthing / walking bare foot on the grass is very important for our optimal health. The feet connect us to the earth, grounding us and boosting the negative ions. Last Sunday I walked barefoot from Gerringong to Kiama, what a lovely experience. Whether providing massage or applying essential oils I always emphasise how important the feet are. 06.01.2022 STOP USING STORE-BOUGHT SPRAYS, which are full of bad chemicals...TRY NATURAL ALTERNATIVES INSTEAD. It has become a trend these days to ‘beautify’ the house or a work area with room sprays.
