Posted below are our opening hours for the Australia Day long weekend: Saturday- 7:30am to 8:30pm Sunday - CLOSED Monday - 7:30am to 4pm ... (Please remember ALL cooking stops half an hour prior to closing) We wish you all a fantastic Australia Day!

23.01.2022 Elderslie Family Store will be closed over the Christmas and New Year period. We will be closed from Monday the 23rd of December and will reopen on Friday the 3rd of January 2020. Also, we currently still have some Gracie's Yum Yums Christmas items in stock, if interested in these please pop on down before close today, we're open til 4pm! Wishing all of our customers and the community a happy and safe Christmas and New Years.

21.01.2022 Due to the weather and the fact that we work over the top of such high temperature cooking equipment we will be closing at 4:00pm today with cooking ceasing at 3:30pm. 17.01.2022 We are beyond delighted to announce that Elderslie Family Store has won the 2019 outstanding fast food/takeaway award at the Camden Local Business Awards! It truely was an experience to be up on that stage realising that we had won. We would like to give a huge thank you to all of our amazing customers- without you we wouldn’t have been able to do it! 11.01.2022 Hello everyone! We all hope you’re doing well during this crazy time As of the 1st of May (Friday) we are reopening! We will only be open from: WED-SAT 10AM to 6:30PM SUN 10AM to 4PM. ... We are closed Monday and Tuesday’s. (cooking stops half an hour before close) However we ask that if possible you could call to order food in advance to avoid having too many people in the shop at one time. We also ask that if possible you could use PayPass to avoid our workers having to handle money. Our shop prides itself on cleanliness and all proper precautions will be taken to insure the health of our workers and customers. We ask that if you or someone you’ve been in contact with is sick that you do not come into the shop to help stop the spread. Call us on 4658 0066 to make an order!

02.01.2022 Hi everyone. Just an announcement given the current circumstances. We will not be stocking bread or milk for the time being as we are unable to acquire stock for the shop and we apologise for any inconvenience this causes for anyone. However we will let you know via Facebook when we are getting bread and milk again. We also suggest where possible you phone ahead and put through your orders to limit the amount of people at once in the shop waiting for their hot foods. We understand how serious the issues surrounding the COVID-19 are and we want to assure everyone that we all have very safe and clean food preparation practices in place including washing our hands thoroughly before and after cooking food and after handling any money. 01.01.2022 A few days off from work that is to close 24/7 is a gift. I've unwrapped my gift and it gave me a few more days off. That is amazing. I can't remember the last time that I've had a whole week to sleep in. However now I've had my break. Sleeping in no longer works because I lie awake wondering if I'll have a business to come back to. I'm not complaining. We all have to do what we have to do. Just saying for all of you out there doing it tough I here you. Hang in there. I'm loo...king at the positive - well trying to. I have actually followed through on the laundry. Not only did I put it in the machine but I also put in the dryer and then folded it and delivered it. I've actually cooked several meals. Most of which I missed while I was working so hard - they have fortified clingwrap over them and I suspect I know what I will be eating for the next week. I think what I now view as my next project while I'm isolated is to reconnect to my home and family. Most of my kids' birthdays are over April and May. One of them turns 18. His dream was to go out and celebrate with his father and brothers in law. This isolation affects so much more than just losing your job or not being in touch with you friends. Please be aware of the people around you who are missing out on the everyday things we take for granted. If somebody is due to have a baby, find out how they are doing and send your regards. If somebody has a special birthday let them know. If you are friends with somebody and you only see them at work let them know you're thinking of them. Anybody elderly you see day to day, go out of you way to make sure somebody is looking after them. This 'thing' we're going through affects us all. The only way that we can get through it and stay sane is to support each other. If any of you need something and you think I can help please let me know. See more
