19.01.2022 We hope all of our EPS families enjoyed their first full week back at school! Just a friendly reminder that school banking is back from next week! School Banking Day will be on MONDAY.... For each weekly deposit made at school, students will receive a Dollarmites token. Once they collect 10 tokens, they can redeem them for a School Banking reward. If you are new to Elderslie and your child has previously participated in School Banking, they can start banking straight away by bringing their Dollarmites deposit wallet to school on School Banking day. If your child has never participated in school banking and you would like to know more, including how to register, please visit www.commbank.com.au/schoolbanking If your child has lost their deposit wallet, please send us a message and we can pass this on to our amazing School Banking Coordinators, or visit any Commonwealth Bank branch for a replacement. Our School Banking program is made possible because of our wonderful volunteers. Thank you to those volunteers for donating their time to run School Banking for our students!!

17.01.2022 On behalf of the P & C we would like to wish our school community a very Merry Christmas and a safe and happy and healthy 2021. We would also like to take this time to thank the most wonderful staff of Elderslie Public School. 2020 saw our trust in you grow deeper as you led our kids and us parents through unknown waters. The speed at which you all adapted to a new way to educate, was absolutely phenomenal. Our kids were able to learn and thrive, whilst us parents took inspi...ration and reassurance from you. Whilst we all had our moments, this year proved that when a door is closed, a window opens. It tested our normal and made us look at school in a new light. We are comforted knowing that despite what was taken from us all over the months, we know you made it a priority to give our community everything you were able to whilst under some very tough restrictions. Thank you for what you all have done. Thank you for the time you gave. Thank you for the innovation you provided. We are so fortunate to have you with us through our primary school journey. Enjoy your well deserved break and we look forward to a more familiar school year! Don't forget school returns Friday 29th January 2021.

11.01.2022 Happy first day back, EPS families. For those asking and wondering, YES! we do have Half-zip Jumpers ($51) and Jackets ($57) available in all sizes. The shop is open today from 8:30am - 10am.... From next week we are open Mondays 2:45 - 3:15pm and Fridays 8:45 - 9:15am, as well as continuing to offer our contactless ordering. Lana

06.01.2022 This year we'll be holding our annual Casey's Toys Shopping Night on Wednesday 18th November! Come along for a quiet child free night, have a complimentary glass of champagne, some chocolates and get your Christmas shopping done! This year we are lucky enough again to also be able to shop online with an exclusive code and still contribute to our fundraiser! Just use our VIP code ELDVIP which will be active from 17th - 19th November. Please share the event with your family a...nd friends! Some of our P&C Committee members will be in store for the whole event and we'd love to see lots of our wonderful families pop in for some shopping! Note: When shopping online, your items will be for click and collect to the Narellan store. You will pay for shipping at the checkout however it will be refunded automatically the following day. Orders will be sent to Narellan for pick up, generally within 2 weeks from date of order, and the store will call you when they arrive.

04.01.2022 *Uniform Shop Update* We will be opening the uniform shop for new families and for those who need items to return to school, the week of Monday 25th Jan. Once we have received current restrictions and advice, we will announce the opening times and dates so check back here soon! Although we hope to be able to welcome families back on site to visit the shop in person, if that is not possible we will revert to the contactless ordering that worked well for most of 2020.
