You will be responsible for Retail Operations within the Branch to meet and exceed targets. Supported by the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary for you to grow in your career. WHAT WILL I DO? As a key member and leader within the branch, you will enjoy a varied day including: Monitoring sales margins, product forecasting and planning. Inventory management including stock control, product availability / turnover, stock take and reporting. Monitoring merchandise results in line with key performance indicators and expenditure Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, recommending the Elders range of products and services that will strengthen the growth of their business Ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with the requirements of the Workplace Health & Safety Policy, procedures and legislation.
