22.01.2022 El Dorado Pizza Bar Response to Coronavirus (COVID-19) Dear Customers, In these challenging times, our number one priority is the health and safety of our staff and customers. We are taking whatever precautions are necessary to keep you and our staff safe.... Some of the initiatives we are implementing are: Pick Up/ In Store Intensive deep cleansing and sanitising of all surfaces, workbenches in store and front counters throughout the shift. Keeping the front door always open, to enable customers to enter the store, pick up their food and leave without having to touch anything. Providing single use disposable gloves on request, so customers can get drinks from our fridge, without contact with the fridge handle. Alternatively, our friendly staff members would be happy to get your drinks for you if you wish. Please be assured the fridge door and handle will be sanitised through the shift on a regular basis. We have 2 contactless Eftpos terminals, linked to our POS system which means we don’t need to physically touch the Eftpos terminal to put a payment through, and neither do our customers (with pay pass tap and go) alternatively single use gloves will be provided on request, for customers having to enter a PIN number. Contactless Delivery: Contactless delivery is already provided on request if you order our food thru Uber Eats or Menulog. Now we are giving customers the option of contactless delivery if ordering directly thru our store. The process is as follows, simply prepay your order and our driver will leave the food in a safe place by your front door. He or she will notify you via phone or doorbell that order has arrived and then leave. You can request contactless delivery over the phone. If you are ordering thru our website or APP, you can request contactless delivery in the order notes. Curbside Pick Up: We are now offering Curbside Pick Up. Simply Order a Pick Up and prepay the order, drive to shop and park outside. Call the shop number, notifying our friendly staff member that you have arrived, and when order is ready, we will bring it out to you. Request Curbside Pick Up via the phone or if ordering thru our Website, APP, Uber Eats or Menulog request a Pick Up and in notes write Curbside Pickup El Dorado Pizza Bar will never compromise on the quality of our products, or the health and safety of our customers and staff. We are open for business and look forward to serving our customers in the safest way and to give our customers peace of mind with our added safety measures and Pick Up/Delivery options. 14.01.2022 From tommorow 13 December, we will be opening our doors from 11.30am on Saturdays and Sundays during the summer school holidays. You can pick up your favourite pizzas, or have them delivered by one of our partners, Uber Eats, Deliveroo or DoorDash. Our InStore delivery service will be available from 5pm.... 01.01.2022 Dear Customers, We are having some technical problems with our website. Unfortunately, Online ordering thru the website is currently unavailable. Our APP is working fine though, and is a great alternative for placing orders, orders can also be phoned thru the store as normal, as our phone lines are not affected. We are working to fix the problem, and hope to have the website back up and running soon. Sorry for the inconvenience!

01.01.2022 To all our customers, We are experiencing issues with our phone lines. Our main line is working fine, but when that is busy, our other lines are ringing but with a significant delay. It may appear from the customers side that we are not picking up the phone. Our call diversion system is playing up. Telstra is looking at the issue. If you need to place a phone order please call our number as usual 82722395. If the line is free we will answer it straight away. If no one answers... this number call any of these 2 numbers, to bypass our diversion, and we will answer strait away. 82741964 or 83570969 Alternatively, Our internet ordering systems are working fine and are a great alternative to phoning in an order.
