23.01.2022 Happy Early Childhood Educators Day 2020! As Coordinator of Ngala Perth Airport, I have the privilege to witness the amazing work that our educators and staff do each day to support the learning and development of the children in our service. Each day you get to see the engaging and inspiring learning environments that are set up and the warm and responsive relationships and connections between the educators and the children during drop off and pick up. What you don’t get to... see is the free time the educators give up to ensure their learning stories are perfect or the countless reflective conversations had each day to ensure the children are safe, secure, happy and engaged. You don’t get to see creativity and passion that goes into creating and setting up each learning environment or the time spent making sure that each child is included and engaged during the day. Our educators bring passion, creativity, inspiration and joy into their roles each day and I am so proud to be a part of this. Each family who attends our service are trusting us to love, care and educate their children and this is not something we take lightly. The role of an educator is so important and the impact can last a lifetime. On this day, I want to thank each Early Childhood Educator for the work they do day in day out. 21.01.2022 10 years of Ngala Early Learning and Development Service Perth Airport! How much things have changed in that time! Ngala's brand refresh last year bought a fresh coat of paint to the front of the building and what a difference it makes! Over the past ten years we have seen changes to all parts of the building but what hasnt changed is the committment of our amazing educators and staff to providing high quality education and care to the children and families attending our service. Join us this week as we celebrate our service in a huge range of different ways with the children, families, staff and Ngala community.

19.01.2022 Here at ELDS Perth Airport we love spending time outside getting our hands (and everything else!) dirty. Messy play has so many benefits for children which is why it is a huge part of our philosophy and everyday curriculum. Archie has spent his morning exploring the paint, foam and goop that is out in the Discoverers Room today!

Our Educational Leader is available consistently to support and lead the educational program for the children. As a service we consistently engage in critical reflection, self-assessment and quality improvement to ensure we are providing high quality education and care for the children and families at our service.

06.01.2022 Guess what?! Its our 10th Birthday! We will be celebrating 10 years of Ngala Early Learning and Development Service Perth Airport next week. We are so excited to share our celebrations with our children, families, educators, staff and Ngala community. Stay tuned for what we get up to!
