25.01.2022 Trend number 1 for 2018 is Mindfulness - sounds good to me. I have been following Jon Kabat-Zinn’s mindfulness based stress reduction techniques for some time (he has a great couple of apps available, at least through iTunes) and they do work. His book Full Catastrophe Living is also very good.
