21.01.2022 We are a month into the new year, the kiddies are back at school and we are all well and truly back at work......... This is a friendly reminder to change your passwords, recently Twitter was hacked and passwords stolen. It's important that you change your passwords regularly or if you notice any unusual activity through any of your online accounts. VERY IMPORTANT - have different email accounts for different things(this includes different passwords) for example if you do banking or purchase products online have a separate email address just for that purpose, if you like to join various websites for fun and games then have a email address that is only for used that purpose....and remember DON'T have one email account that you use for everything......it is a common and BIG BIG mistake that new computer users get into.

14.01.2022 Organisation Tips #1 - 4 Organisation is the key to a efficient and enjoyable computer experience, and it is very simple to do if you follow a few simple steps...... 1. Give files and folders meaningful names.... 2. Make folders to sort your files, and label folders so you can easily identify the contents within. 3. Keep your desktop free of clutter by deleting unused shortcuts (remember shortcuts only point to a file). 4. If you have shortcuts that you use occasionally you can create a folder (maybe call this folder 'shortcuts') and move the shortcuts into this folder, this will declutter the desktop and give your screen a cleaner look and still give you access to shortcuts with only one extra click. more to come later......... need help or confused with anything above? send us a comment and we will do our best to help you out.....
