09.01.2022 Meet our mini tradies Please taken into consideration that we are business as usual, but we need to keep all our team members safe. Our employees health is essential to keep our local family business running. ... If you are unwell or have been in contact with someone from interstate and our guys are booked to come to your house or business please contact us to reschedule. We all have families to go home to at night and would appreciate our customers following the guidelines and reschedule if needed. Also keep your distance so we can do our job effectively and efficiently! Thank you for your cooperation!

08.01.2022 Daylights Savings has officially ended! You all turned your clocks back but did you also check your smoke alarm and back-up batteries? It is recommended you do this yearly, also something to be mindful of, no matter what type of smoke alarms are installed or how they are powered (battery or 240 volt mains powered) after 10 years they're too old to rely on. They can take longer to respond to smoke, or might not even work at all. ... DON'T TAKE A CHANCE! This year instead of just replacing your smoke alarm batteries at the end of daylight saving, check the age of your smoke alarms first and replace them if they are 10 years or older. The fire services recommend that when you replace old smoke alarms you upgrade from the basic minimum required by law. Contact us to upgrade your smoke alarms with: smoke alarms that comply with AS3786; photo-electric smoke alarms that are connected to the mains power supply (i.e. hard wired); smoke alarms in all bedrooms, in passageways leading to bedrooms and in living areas; and smoke alarms that are all interconnected with one another. *** Something else to check at the same time is your RCD. Your Circuit protection should also be tested every 3 months. The push button test should be completed at least once every 3 months. If your RCD does not switch off the power when the button is pressed, you need immediate assistance. We hope you all have a happy and safe Easter Weekend and that you all follow the national guidelines and STAY HOME!

06.01.2022 To all our valued clients, Electrical NRG Solutions is committed to the health, safety and wellbeing of our staff, their families, and our customers. Electrical NRG Solutions is still open for business and I want to share the actions we are taking to respond to the outbreak, aligned with the best information from Australian and international health authorities.... We are working hard to protect our staff so they can continue to deliver services to our clients. We have introduced: Strick isolation protocols Staff are monitoring their health, if they have a temperature above 37.3Co or showing any symptoms, they have been instructed not to attend work. Smaller teams Crews have been split into smaller teams and will practice distancing while onsite of 4m2 where possible and limit closer interactions for a maximum time of 15mins. Additional cleaning Crews have been asked to clean their worksites before and after work. This includes vehicles, touchpoints, tools, and any equipment if required. Hygiene Crews have been trained and equipped in hygiene management. Telephone contact with customers before crews arrive. To understand whether the customer is in isolation or a high-risk group. In addition to this, crews have been instructed to limit face to face interactions with all clients. Where possible, crews will announce their arrival by phone and proceed straight to the location of work. Signoffs or completions will be completed via emails and supported by photographs. It is important this work is done now in case our workforce is impacted by the spread of COVID-19. I want to be clear that there are no identified or confirmed cases of COVID-19 at Electrical NRG Solutions. I can also confirm that all Electrical NRG Solutions sites remain open and work completed in the field continues. These measures strike the right balance between delivering our services while protecting our staff. Regards, Shane & Chelsea Donald
